Incredible PIP, possible contaminated gear question

ad

Last year I made an order for prop, npp, test E and all pharma grade pct,ai - enough for 2 cycles.
During the prop/npp cycle I had to travel for a wk, for work. So the wk prior to leaving, I injected 2mls from a new Test E bottle. I came back, finished the cycle and pct with no problems.

I've started the new cycle,
The plan was to front load the Test E and use Prop for the first and last 3wks.
Since I had 8mls left in the bottle, I pulled from the open Test E. The next day was like I was hit by a bus!
the pain slowly subsided, gone in about 4 days.....just in time for another shot.... holy fuck, now my other ass cheek is broken.
I figured since i was injecting more than usual and I haven't had test E in 1.5 years, it was just my body getting used to the product. 3rd shot same crippling pain.

The 4th shot i diluted with .5ml of sterile grape seed oil.... nope still horrible.

I've heard of heating the oil, but wouldn't that just remove solvent and make it worse for pip, or is the thought that heating will destroy the possible bacteria?
running it through a watman fliter? or just call that bottle a lose and open a new one?

Alright, Thanks everyone for your help/ideas. I opened a new bottle and only a small amount of pip. So I guess somehow I managed to contaminate the other bottle and the time sitting let it grow.
Lesson is......... find a supplier and buy a bunch of 1ml ampules, so i don't have to throw away a whole 10ml for one dose.

I just throw the crap away but if your in a position where thats not justifiable then youll need to hide it in other oils.

Up until about a year ago, I kept a stock pile of new sterile sealed vials around along with sterile GSO and EO to go with my Whatman syringe filters. I would filter every UGL through a Whatman and into a sterile vial before I ran it. Call me paranoid but I never had issues when I did that.

Dickkhead's picture

Bro - this is very familiar to me. When the lab adds too much benzyl benzoate or benzyl alcohol as preservatives to the product - you get an excrutiating PIP. The gear is sterile so the Whatman filter will do no good. Trying to boil off the excess alcohol is not worth it. Toss the gear and buy from a bigger Lab. Look at the top 5 labs on this site.

I'm in Canada and customs is really tricky. plus when i did order my gear, it was the top 3 source. I'm about to open a new bottle and see if it makes a difference... hope so.

If you really think it's bad then toss it. Don't bother cooking it. I heat all my oils by putting them on a heating pad, folding the pad I'm half and waiting about 45 min. It helps it flow a lot smoother and easier through a 25g. Which is what I use also. But the first thing that really came to my mind is the carrier oil. E/O really swells me up and hurts like hell. Some sources use different carrier blends for different powders.

WINNING's picture

Just throw that bottle out and start fresh if its giving you so much pain. I get the same from test "p". Pip is no fun my man, like some have stated you may have an allergy to carrier oil or you may just be rusty on your injections and nicking a vein. Also from what I have heard is if you bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 mins, with a small pin on top to prevent combustion. It will kill all the bacteria left in the bottle. Hope this helps, good luck.

What size pin? How old is the gear? I mean you said that your ordered enough for 2 cycles and your were good the first cycle and then you took a break around 1 1/2 years. So that would make the gear around two years old....?

No, i ordered about 10 months ago-2cycles worth. last cycle was Prop and NPP, finished mid june. 4 months prior to that was a run of Test E and Prop. so the gear is 10months old- expiry dated 2015.

and 25gage 1.5 inch

cmo25cent's picture

Well I'm stumped brother. I know that a lot if test e I get has a hard time going through a 25 g so I have to hold it tight which causes a little pip.

I suspect you have a allergic reaction from one of the additive, you should stop injecting it.
Allergies can develop any time for no reasons
My thought!

kodiakGRRL's picture

that is a good point .. and happens more often than people know .. i d be interested to know if he's having any other symptoms

rookiemedic2.5's picture

just an unusual amount of pain in the injected muscle, some warmth, no redness, no sickness.. I have taken 25mg of benadryll and Ibuprofen to help with the inflammatory process.

.50 guns's picture

If it's allergy, benadryl or claritin should help

mwagner630's picture

TNE is the worse for me, almost crippling. PIP is often from the carrier oil. check what carrier they have and let us know.

lifting211's picture

mine is a mix of GSO and EO

What could be causing the pip from me of those two?

In a promo × 1
kodiakGRRL's picture

eo is increasingly the culprit in a lot of bad reactions.. I have only met one or two guys where I have ever seen a problem with gso..

lifting211's picture

is there such thing as GSO only test prop? GSO is really thick correct?

In a promo × 1
kodiakGRRL's picture

no it is not thick and I only use gso ...

rookiemedic2.5's picture

It's Sciroxx oils, I haven't had any problems with their prop, npp, I can't imagine them switching up the carrier oil just for test E. But i agree with .50 guns, i could have developed an allergy.

lifting211's picture

I get horrible pip too from my test prop. last 4-7 days every-time I Inject any where.

gambit's picture

i doubt its giving you infections if its going away. the ide of heating is to allow the oil to smooth more freely.

if u dont have a temp and the pain is going away maybe u just need to get used to it.

rookiemedic2.5's picture

Yes, the site is not infected,a little warm and Not as bad as the last injection( dilution might have help) and yes i warm the oil to inject,
I was talking about heating the oil to say 200degrees or running it though a .3 micron filter.

this Pip is way worse than I've felt before. which is why I was thinking contamination.
Would it really be contaminated from 2 draws (yes I use sterile techniques)? How do people use a 20ml vial without contamination over time.

kodiakGRRL's picture

you can heat it .. heat is what we use to get eveything to blend together.. the solutions is held by the solvents so heat is your friend .. I m not going to say that you bad gear but given that you used a bottle that was already open it was open to contanimants when you put that first drawing needle in it last year.. your body may be able to fight off any bacterial issues without any real signs of infection.. it is after all what the body does on a daily basis.. if you want to keep it filter it using .22 micron filter ..

CBBurrr's picture

That sounds brutal, I'd chuck that bottle in the trash.
