HUCOG HELP please
So I've got a vial of 10000iu hucog. This is my first time dealing with hcg. I ordered 10ml vials of bac water, but they sent me 20ml, figured whatever no biggie I'll use it. I've got an issue which I'll get to in a second.
The hucog comes with 10000iu of hcg already in a mixture of 1mL water. So I sterilized everything, removed 1mL from the bac water vial. Then added the hucog into that vial, sneaking it down the side slowly. After rolling it between the hands to try to get it mixed I opened a 1cc 30 gauge slin pin. With this mixture 1mL should be 500 iu's, since I wanted 250 iu's I filled it to 50 units or 1/2 cc. After sterilizing the injection site, about an inch to side of the belly button, stuck the needle in...which I didn't feel at all....almost all the way in.
Now here's the problem; it hurt like hell. Not the needle, I didn't feel that all. The actual injection, as soon as I started pushing on the plunger it stung like a mofo. So far the most painful injection I've experienced was tne via IM, but I could deal with that. This I couldn't do. I got only 10 units in when I had to stop and pull it out, wasting the other 40 units. It continued to sting for about a half hour afterwards and then it was fine again.
This is my first time with hcg, and first time attempting a sub q injection. Anyone have any idea why it hurts so damn bad? I can only assume this isn't normal, after reading a lot and trying to figure out what dosage to use, I figured I would've read about the pain if it were normal.
Tested 1mL of the mixture with a preggo test, came out positive.
Today I pinched some skin and tried again, this time with only 10 units in the slin pin. Slight pain, but tolerable. I figure if I do that everyday it may be just as effective as doing the 250iu 2x a week. But annoying having to do remember that every day, just something else added to the routine.
Any ideas? I mean do you build a tolerance to the sting? ...and is my math right; 1/2cc being 250iu?
Thanks for your input!!

I don't know why I bothered with any bac water at all. I tossed the bottle I was using and went to the 5k iu premixed hucog. Used the 30g slin and took 5 units right out of the vial, which is 250iu at 2x a week should last 10 weeks (in a perfect world). Zero injection pain. The site did bleed though, didn't happen with the other injections. Right after there was a little bump and it bruised. Now an hour later still no pain, the bump is gone, still a tiny bruise. I'm assuming I didn't pull needle straight out, so I'm not too worried about it right now.
I don't know what I was thinking. This question had had me stumped. I would just bin the HCG if its still an issue. Use the lower dosed stuff. I can honestly say that I think I hit the zero button one too many times on my calculator. Your dosage may well be correct but something is wrong. Please keep me posted as I use the same HCG. Just the 5000 ius version. Also... I don't dilute it as per the pack instructions.
JIM .... I do think Pank is correct.
"With this mixture 1mL should be 500 iu's, since I wanted 250 iu's I filled it to 50 units or 1/2 cc. "
Your math is off here if I am reading this correctly. if you have now a total of 2 ml in the vial 1ml that came with it and the one you added, then each ml is equal to 5000ius in a 10000ius hcg vial. So 50units or 1/2 cc equals 2500ius of hcg not 250ius! This might explain the pain. If I read you correctly.
I wish you were right and it were that easy! It is a 20mL sterile water vial. Removed 1 mL and trashed it. Then added the 1 mL premixed hucog to the remaining 19 mL, bringing it back to a total of 20 mL. So now it's 10,000iu in 20mL.
This is how you worded it
"So I've got a vial of 10000iu hucog. This is my first time dealing with hcg. I ordered 10ml vials of bac water, but they sent me 20ml,"
I see now, the way you worded it I thought it was separate. Trying doing a IM injecting it works the same as sub q.

Brother .... You just figured out the problem in less than ten minutes! I missed that... Damn fine work Pank.
OP.... I believe Pank has the answer here. Good luck brother.
biggerthanyouUse a 28 gauge slin pin. 30 gauge forces a really thin, fast paced stream sometimes causing a burning sensation
I use 31g. Never had a problem on sub q .... But I certainly agree. With IM smallest I go is 25. The 27s cause too much pressure IMHO. good point though ...
biggerthanyouYeah this was just my experience when I was starting out...been using 28s for years now with no problems. It may also have something to do with how acclimated u are to sub q injects
I guess that makes sense. I'll pick some up at some time and give it a shot.
biggerthanyouI promise that's at least part of the problem lol
Well, Ive used hucog. But it was the 5000 iu dose. I ran it straight up and had zero pip. Zero sting. Didn't dilute it at all. Yours Bharat?
Yeah it's Bharat. I was under the impression it needs to be added to be bac water. Especially with the 10000iu in only 1mL.
I would agree at that concentration. Mine was half that so mine was less potent and didn't need to dilute with the pins I have. Still... Had zero pain. You post pics of the vial and box? Did it come factory sealed in a foil push-through blister pack?
Here's the picture, which is honestly useless;

I can't figure out how to take the picture with the required 300x300 pixels size so the pics suck and get all fucked if you try to zoom in...
But anyway yeah it all looked like it came all sealed like you said. And the water is from Hospira "sterile water with no added substances" from a top source accessory shop.
Looks legit. That's what I have.
I'm gonna refer you to a REALLY good bro... He's very knowledgable about this. I'm not sure why its burning though. Are you using correct inj technique?
Pinch poke push, after wiping with the alcohol and letting it dry. Not much to it. I've been doing a little bit every day, just tried 20 units, I'm going back to 15 units tomorrow .
