+ 1 Easy buffalo chicken dip
ad
BJ's "wellsley farms" canned chicken breast. One full can broken up into a sauce pan to heat up. Half a jar of tostitos salsa con queso. Hot sauce added to preference. Bag of chips.
The one can of chicken alone is about 84 grams of protein. Easy to kill the whole thing in one sitting.

I do Buffalo chicken dip with a can of Costco chicken a cup to a cup and a half of blended cottage cheese depending on how saucy you want it and as much frank's red-hot as you want to get the flavor how you want it, put it in a baking dish sprinkle a serving of fat free mozzarella on top and bake until its bubbling and the mozzarella is melted.
430 calories, 78 grams of protien and about 5 grams of fat.
Could've sworn I put this in under weight gain or what's for dinner. If a mod wants to move it please do. Or leave it here, what does it matter. Merry Christmas
That does not justify 84 grams of protein, that is exactly how you get fat haha. If you want a six pack you cannot be eating stuff like this.
Some of us don't care about a six pack. Especially not in December. Personally I'm focused on strength. Battling illnesses, 4 surgeries in 4 years, married with kids... A six pack is not at the top of my list.
Or call it a cheat meal if you're really concerned about calorie content
