If your experiencing uncomfortable pip and are still required to be mobile, I reccomend I sticky disposable heating pads or.... what I do is use two hand warmers and a small strip of packaging tape and make my own. They seem to last a little longer and warmer and the tape stays on. Plus I have a shit ton for some reason.
