Anedrol for a plateau breaker

ad

Has anyone taken anedrol mid-cycle as a plateau breaker? When in your cycle, how much, and anything else you can throw in. Planning to do this and at that point I'll be running at least sus and tren.

No .. change your diet or your training .. the problem isn't your gear

Eat more and train harder, ive never hit a plateau on gear. I get steady increases usually like going up 5lbs in weight everytime I work the muscle group again. Just gotta be intense.

I switch up my routine

that is a good point. I can usually get about 4-6 wks out of a routine before I hit a plateau. Someone fairly new to lifting would be able to run a routine for much longer. I always implement progressive overload into all of my routines but eventually there is a point where you can't take it any further, then I need to switch it up to keep the gains coming. Muscles seem to get used to doing the same routine over and over and they need something new to shock them into growth. First look into diet and then reassess your routine.

You shouldn't hit any plateaus cycling calories with this protocol. More drugs isn't the answer, but food is.

My arms havnt grown since week 5
Im eating like a beast im still eating right now.
Do you feel like u plateau every cycle?

It happens. First thing to do is re adjust your diet add some more calories and pick a new lifting routine to shock your muscles into new growth. If that doesn't work which it doesn't always, the body does get used to a certain drug protocol after a while ( for some people) and then there is increased levels of myostatin we could get into which will cause muscle growth to stall (myostatin is the hormone that limits natural muscle growth) They did a study on guys using test for X amount of weeks and found at week 8 levels of myostatin levels raised significantly causing gains to stall. On this page there is a link to the study. I can't directly attach it cause I'm on my phone but if you click on this link they have the link to the study done https://m.reddit.com/r/PEDs/comments/372gnt/effect_of_testosterone_admin...

Also this is not the case for everyone but for a lot encounter this. Some just gain steadily for as long as they're on. But After you exhaust diet and training and have some experience then Tyou think about changing things up drug wise.

Ill tell you the most mild way of breaking a plateau drug wise. I discovered this by accident. I was probally 8 weeks into my cycle and things had stalled . Upped my cals, changed my macros, changed my lifting routine and all I was gaining was fat. I had recently gotten into a promo and decided to get some proviron. I had never used it before. I added it week 8 and boom the gain train began again. That huge increase in free test was enough to off set the high levels of myostatin or whayever was causing me to stall maybe my body becoming accustomed to the cycle. But it worked well. Mild, little to no side effects. Not like using methylated orals or switching injectables and all the sides that come along with that.

Absolutely.

Change diet, change training, change drugs in THAT order.

ive seen your stats and picture, good condition, with the mentality that you WILL hit a plateau, your setting yourself up for failure, thats when dialing in diet becomes important, you up your calories, you adjust your macros, you DONT throw in more gear, make your training more intense etc.

as for "throwing" in anadrol or what ever, yeah it gets done, but not your answer, more food and better training is.

More food fuk my life
Dammit but it makes sense new muscle weight means a more faster BMR
Fuck fuck fuck i feel like ima explode right now

you gatta find a way through diet to grow, whether its more carbs, more protein or more fats, you got to find what combo works, some people up the carbs and grow, some the other way round, what numbers are you hitting? carbs? protein? fats?

I found it its the Joe Weidser bodybuilding vhs series

Bro so far today i hit 262g protien with matching carbs
I have a bad habit of not counting the fat
As i been going with the old school bodybuilding diets that was all carb n pro n low fat diet
I learned from an old ass video on youtube that was like a VHS series that looked like it was taped in the 80s of how to bodybuild

Makwa's picture

unless you weigh 140 lbs I don't see how you can possibly grow on only 262 g of protein and 262g of carbs.

Catalyst's picture

He's 160 odd pounds. Not a bad amount of protein for his size, depending on where it's coming from mind you.....

irongame427's picture

I think upping his protein by 100g would probably break this plateau. More bricks to use to build the house.

TheFlash85's picture

well there is still only one option, up that, good fats are good for gains, add some in, if your hitting 300 a day, make it 400 or more, you gotta do what ya gotta do.
