-3 My Anavar Experience

I started anavar yesterday. and i will keep updated this page.It will be my diary and hope it could help to you.

Cycle: week 1-6 : 10 mg split ED
week 7-8: 15 mg split ED
week 9-10: 20mg split ED

i also doing carb cycle 3 days of week i eat lots of carbs 2 days of week i eat normal carbs and 2 days i eat low carb

3 Day High Carb Day 300 carb 146 protein 70fat 2415kcal
2 Day Mod. Carb Day 190carb 146 protein 60fat 1884kcal
2 Day Low Carb Day 100 carb 150 protein 50fat 1450kcal

First day:It was Lat(back) day i started new workout plan with aas. workout was effective i was really energetic.i used same weights but rested less between sets. after all i had still energy so i did light cardio and abs workout.
Day 3 : shoulder-triceps-low cardio day.
got new pimple between my eyebrows!! lol i can handle one pimple. i also check my clit every day lol.no side effects .it seems normal.i really dropped my rest time between sets. it was like 45second to 1 min.now it is max. 30-40 sec.
Day 7: i didnt update bcz there wasnt anything different .

BUT It is happeningg!!
yesterday i was checking my vagina out of curiosity and i spotted something on my clit. i couldn't be sure if it is clit enlargement bcz usually i dont look into my vagina carefully so i asked my bf help. he looked at it lol i was really embarrassed.anyway , he said yes there is something different. i cant describe but it was like very very little pink ball . i barely see . if did anyone get this type of side effect , could you please describe how can i understand that i am having virilization?

Day 11: yesterday was leg day i really did push myself but i didnt feel any pain at the end of the workout.
as side effects bloating last few days. i feel like a fat fuck.and stomach pain for 1 week. i didnt realize it was bcz of the var then i did some research and found out if you take anavar with meals it helps.

Day 17workout : yesterday was shoulder triceps day. my rest time decreased like %50. i dont rest too much anymore. maximum 30-45 second. there is pic from yesterday.

day 17 side effects: i had my period yesterday it was on time and flow is same as usual. i got new pimples all around my chest bone. sometimes on my cheeks. the "thing" on my clit doesnt grow.still in same size.

in a nutshell

no physical changes - focus increase and strenght gainz

Day 18 side effects: i have two BIG aching acne. I have never had such great acne before.
Day 20 side effects: bloating so often. i am also bulking as you know. and drinking alcohol sometimes.may be thats the reason.and the thing on my clit has grown a little bit. doesn't annoy me. no one can notice this unless look carefully.
i was doing x2 legs a week. now i added 1 glute day.let's see how it will work. today is my fave lat+glute day! i will keep updated.

Day 24: i am always hungry. and i got really thicker. it is not all muscle also fat gains.i think i cant go along like that.i will finish bulking next week but i wont finish my cycle i will add winstrol and clen to this cycle.and drop like 800-1000cals. let's see how it works!

Im saying this seriously to you because the damage you are doing right now can effect how you behave and make decisions in the future
1.Your brain hasnt finished developing/maturing
2. You are taking drugs that disrupts this process
3. If you disrupt brain function during developmental stages it can have some serious wffects on the frontal part of the brain where executive dwcision making is carried out and where risk taking is measured etc.
4. Brain should be fully developed around mid 20s... could be 24 could be 26... my canned response to people is just wait till 27, its worth it

Grrl's talk of building a base is about everything important that is central to the bodybuilding journey. Whereas the drugs are peripheral in a sense. That is to say; if you dont eat right you will get fat or yoyo up and dow in weight. If you dont learn exercise intelligence you will develop injuries. Hell... if you dont do these things well (it takes a long time to truly learn the various approaches/aspects) then how could you do the same with steroids? (The age thing is proof of this).

i am from turkey and we also this type of forums. but no one really care this much about others health. i am reallly appreciate you are telling me the sad truths.and worrying about me. but i've already started. i think my cycle choice is the simplest and most harmless one. i knew i couldn't wait till i am 27. i would never recommend anyone to use drugs at age 20.

No reason for compounds whatsoever.

Looking for shortcuts when all that is required is a consistent focused diet and exercise program.

Also consider that oxandrolone is widely faked and this could lead to irreversible virilization

Honestly, since it is so widely faked in UG labs, I would only run pharma grade if I were female, but as others have stated at 20 years old you don't need anything other determination, diet, and a solid work ethic in the gym.

i was really really anti steroid last 8 months and trying my best naturally. ended up stronger but more fat. i also cant make butt gains. i have nice big quad muscle and strong legs and every leg-butt workout i really feel the pain in my butt it just doesnt grow. so i needed to take aas.i dont want to be a girl with big muscular legs and small ass it is funny

I don’t know what you’ve been doing, whether you’ve been hitting the posterior chain as a unit or trying to isolate the glutes. The big compounds that hit the posterior chain as a whole is where the gains come from. People misinterpret data: “this isolation exercise hits this muscle more directly and EMG shows more activation, therefore it must lead to more growth.”

Not necessarily. The most important part of training isn’t simply cleaving protein bonds in skeletal muscle via metabolites and expecting them to repair, it’s turning on the metabolic pathways that cause anabolism. Data has shown that multi-joint exercises do this far better than isolation work. This myth that hitting a muscle more directly leads to more growth is a fallacy. Without the strong hormonal signal needed to illicit hypertrophy, all the metabolic fatigue in the world won’t matter.

That said, have you been doing your back squats? Deadlifts? Weighted reverse lunges? RDLs? SLDLs? Barbell good mornings? Hip thrusts? They’re hard and they’re brutal, but they work better than any kickback machine or band exercise out there that Jen Selter and the like recommends to get popularity on insta.

i work out old school lately. squat, sumo squat ,deadlift , rdl , hip thrust very heavy , bulgarian split squat. i have 2 leg days a week. 1 for quad-butt 1 for harm-butt.i also have isolate exercises in my program but not too much

I noticed IT but Whats the deal to shit on her cycle its a shit cycle probely not var but Just t-bol money in the binn ...
I would taken 20 mg 10 morning 10 pwo for 6 weeks if its good var the dosage should be enough
+ 2 high carb days 2 low no mid carb..... 1 cheatmeal on 1 high carb day eat your meals + the cheat 3xmorning cardio empty stomach 15to 20 min hitt after training thats how i should do IT this is no recommendation miss ..
