Why wouldn’t you be happy with your thick legs? Thick legs always make me happy.

You don’t need var. if you don’t want your legs to get bigger But you want your butt to, isolate your flutes. Hip thrusts/bridges, kick backs, back extensions, courtesy lunges etc..

I’d still do squats/deadlifts, but if you don’t want your legs bigger, just do a couple sets of one complex movement and isolate for the rest after that. Isolate your glutes twice a week with 2-3 different isolation excersises each session.

Drugs aren’t the answer.

First of you are at great starting place with your physique. Try not to be over critical as well. Your legs appear shapely and certainly not thick nor out of shape.

For glutes look into stiff legged deadlifts of all kinds and find the types and varieties that you "feel" working the most. Squats of course also add much to the glutes in terms of shape and size.

Also yoga and Pilates are also quite a valuable addition to any persons regiment looking for that long and lean look.

There are a bunch of women both pros and for instance Instagram personalities that detail butt specific exercises and routines for women. All worth looking into while you do your research.

As with any efficient trainer , you really need to dial in your diet and remain consistent.

As for compounds, slow and steady wins the race. Many women have issues starting at 10mg a day even when broken up. Do not be afraid to back down to 5mg for a bit before push the mgs. Remember there is no magic overnight pill so do not get trapped in the "don't care how , I want it now" crowd.

I think the thick legs look good, "booty" is looking good as well. Var may be a milder choice for men, but get your bloods done during, a few times if you can. At only 10mg it made my wife's thyroid go nuts, so be careful.

Typically women run a 6 week cycle on var, should show up pretty quick. I'd say two weeks at the most for bloods, but I'm no expert. I'd just do a little more research and ask some of the members that know all about it. Just like men, gear affects all women differently, I was just letting you know what it did to my wife, you may not have an issue at all

Hey please be careful, most people that come into fitness will never be content with themselves and will keep pushing the envelope more and more. But unlike most people, you are a women and you run high risk of permanently damaging yourself. I promise no matter how good you look, you will always be able to find something wrong and give yourself another excuse to get on. I would say 99% of women that are now bodybuilders never started with the vision of becoming a bodybuilder. This is a very dangerous road you are going down so I just want you to be careful. I hope most of the guys here don't leave a bad impression for this forum. If you ever feel like your physique is not satisfactory, I recommend you reach out, their are lots of people that can give you support. Just remember you don't ever have to turn to drugs.

You may be doing this to improve your appearance, but the exact opposite result can happen. Good luck.

I think the negs are for the fact that she's 20 years old and she's planning on running var. We have had guys that were 23 on cycle and actually looked really impressive but still get negged in to oblivion and banned but because we have a beautiful female here the rules seem to be different. Btw I never negged her haha

What was your workout regiment like previous to beginning Anavar?
How much cardio were you doing prior?
What's your diet like?
What kind of dosage are you taking?
How long do you plan on using it?

I would think if you did some squats, and increased your cardio (Change it up. Go from a high-incline treadmill to stair-climbers, to Treadwall/Rock Climbing) you'll really see results on your legs, upper-thighs, and glutes.

Have you researched all the possible sideeffects from taking AAS?

i started with split program. i really want to have quad muscle so i really work hard on leg extension and leg press machine. after all i didn't like my quads so i started new program with my gym partner.she was lean and had nice booty so i trusted her. and we worked out together lke 3-4 months. we had 1 lower body and 1 upper body day.no rest between. 6-7 times a week. we were doing 4sets 20 reps for every exercise .also eating very little carbs and so many cardio abs ed. workout were taking 2.5 hours min.i didnt make good gains when i am with her but got in shape.i still didnt have butt but had legs so i did buy program from some bikini fitness girl. i asked booty program she gave me 1300calories a day with so many cardio lol. i tried for 20 days then i said fuck this shit i am my coach i trust myself so i started writing my own workout programs. i tried every exercise . i work heavier and shorter and eating more carbs.then i started seeing progress. so full of mistakes. may be i stll do mistakes but i wil not trust anyone anymore .

i plan 10 weeks

Squats and stiff legged dead lifts + cardio and clean diet. Running high intensity intervals will make you lean and tight. Your already taking the var, so make the most of it.

You want a "lil cute booty"?... squats, lunges, step ups, bridges... tons of variations with those 3 basic moves...don't need Var to achieve your goal; just do the work... you have a good base
