VIKING EVOLUTION........

My very first post here I was torn a new asshole by Viking. I was pissed and insulted, and thought who the hell does this guy think he is? It's a good thing the hammer was in the shop having brain matter and singed hair removed from it, or I would have probably felt the wrath. After my post was done I started looking at the words on the screen I found motivation. The was the thing with Viking he could be hard on you, but if you could take you were going to come out stronger. He was one of those guys that when he was logged on and in the forums, most guys would click on every thread he was in just to see what was gonna happen. Whether it was a ban followed up with, knob rot, toss pot, mouth on a stick, cunt, or a polite Get To Fuck! Then he would drop a little piece of info that was golden. Under all that brawn was a guy who cared and wanted to see people find there inner self and succeed. If it sounds like I'm nut hugging, that's fine cause I am. I'll gladly swing from those old balls.

I have tried to put my notes together and things I remember him saying and put them in a post. He wiped all of his forum posts. I could tell at the end he was just tired of it, can't say that I blame him, but there is more out there than this internet world. Here are some things that I can think of. If anyone out there has anything else, please add it. I know some of you may not have liked him, and that's fine, but I want this post to be a place we can use to find the valuable information he left. Let's hope that someday he returns, but until then lets keep his words fresh and not buried in the relics.

Viking Mass Gaining Shake

500 ml of whole milk
1 cup of oatmeal
2 scoops of whey
2 tbs of almond butter
1 banana

Calories: 1,006 Protein: 84

Pussies Need Not Apply Shake

1 can of tuna and 1 can of your favorite soda

Blend together and down that bitch.

3 a day will give an extra 100 g of protein

Wanna Get Ripped?

Carb window 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
After 2 p.m. NO carbs of any kind
This should only be done for about 4 weeks.
200 lb male should stay around 100 g of Carbs.

IM Protocol for Damaged Fascia

2ml in each delt head +2 = 12mls in total, all done with 27G slin pins.... ZERO intra-muscular damage and the whole body is still left for heavy rotation if need be.

Fascia stretching that i see mentioned below is from pinning too much oil and actually tearing the mitochondria.... this is THE most common mistake lots of people make and then complain that they have lost a pinning spot through scar tissue build-up....... if a muscle belly that refuses to take oil anymore from scar tissue build up it needs to be rested for something like 6/8wks and it WILL become supple again and ready to re-accept oil.

Intra-muscular scarring is not like the scar tissue we have on our external body.... IM scar tissue will and does self repair at a pretty fast rate.... high protein and high collagen intake turbocharges this repair process.

Heavy massaging after pinning is lethal for tissue damage..... refrain from this activity and watch the difference.... even if you get a little lump after pinning.... just leave it alone and do not be tempted to start rubbing it or doing the stupidest, most damaging thing i ever saw written on this board..... rolling the lump with a fkn paint roller lmfaooooo.

Other Viking Advice

I know you do brother.......... you are one of those guys that now utilises all these added tweaks and looses NOTHING during PCT whereas the ones i am aiming at are more or less dropping back to normal start weight pre-cycle?........ because they dont keep the PMA (positive mental attitude) or the high cal diet in place (if bulking)...... training turns belly up because interest and the well-being feeling of being "ON" is lost......... mental focus during PCT should be kept high by concentrating on either the creatine/BCAA cycle or even better if stacked with a PEPTIDE combo........... there is enough pinning to concentrate on in a PEP run to keep even the most hardcore ED roid pinner happy............... running like this there are ZERO downsides and only more SUCCESS because gains made on the roid run will NOT be lost and the up-side is that FURTHER gains are generally made with protocols like this........... so really at the end of the day the person should never have to fkn moan that he is "OFF CYCLE" because this this way of utilising compound, PEPS and supps (creatine/aminos) really means that we are NEVER OFF....... there are no breaks , the complete year can be utilised with 2 cycles and 2 SUPER CHARGED PCTs.

NOW!!........... if nobody finds this of interest i am totally wasting my fkn time here.............. doesnt matter the level of advancement...... Beginners, Intermediates, or Advanced (even TRT blast/cruise) can utilise this protocol to take massive leaps in enhancement using this method............. but the real magic is that it keeps us from hitting the deck with this "off cycle" phenomenon that wipes peoples focus out........ HIGH focus and HIGH concentration means we hit the gym in BEAST MODE every single fucking workout!... instead of just the poxy 12wks when we think thats the time to beast it just because we are "ON"

Get your asses in gear fuckers and try this............ come back and tell me it don't work....:/

I agree bro......... far better to have in the arsenal than ANY Generic GH............ far cheaper and far less chance of having broken amino chains with the relevant numbers all in place.

GHRP-2 is 2nd Generation (Growth Hormone Release Peptide)... chosen for use when the massive appetite is NOT required i.e.. when cutting or lean maintenance is required (i refuse to say lean bulk because to me bulking is pure bulking)...... was designed purely to give GH pulse without the Ghrelin stimulation that promotes the notorious monster appetite that GHRP-6 creates.

I personally prefer GHRP-6 because i need fairly high calories even when aiming to get ripped ... when i drop calories too low my metabolism slows and the fat burning furnace eases off, so i very rarely drop below 3000 cals even in the latter stages of a prep diet....... high androgens and hefty dosages of MT2 at prep stage usually knocks the appetite to the deck so GHRP-6 comes in handy for some Ghrelin pulses and helps me to keep noshing the grub.

Brother you know i have run some serious monster stacks with all the "so called" soothing combos mixed in, you know deca/eq mix for ligaments and tendons etc..... no matter how much gear we run we must attack it with the relevant work load.

You nailed it when you mention using ALL the training principles! either straight forward or mix and match to keep the muscle guessing which angle you plan to attack it from... and get your head around the Tonnage principle, meaning add and keep adding volume to each and workout while the big stack or blast is in place.... make the mind take the body to a whole new realm of pain...... you must go balls out and aim to create DOMS that would make a fkn Bull limp lmao!............. no DOMS means we are NOT hitting our full work load potential and that should be the short term goal to strive for each and every time we visit the house of pain.

Go at it like a man possessed bro........... another tip is on exercises that require a lock out at the top of the movement i.e benching or pressing etc......... DO NOT hit the lock out, every time we lock out we momentarily take all tension out of the working muscle, try a few reps without lock out and slow controlled negative movement and come tell me that you dont feel the difference Smile

TRy to be ultra strict again... i.e try all deltoid head work sat down instead of standing to kill all body momentum.... all little tricks to enhance the stimulation of the working muscle and create mega micro cellular damage which is the name of the game Smile

Interesting post but there's always been and always will be a million "Viking"'s on and off the net.. These days none of this knowledge banter is very special or significant. If you spent many years in the fitness and bodybuilding discipline/biohacking and being about nutrition and supplementation, you know all of this and alot more that isn't mentioned.. Unless you don't read much or watch much content.

Still doesn't help people from being pretty darn unhealthy. Some of the best advice is the most simple: eat more fuccin veggies with your protein, more salmon and fatty fish or olive oil/avocados/fruits and fuccing move your large a-ss throughout the day. Then maybe you can enjoy a nice 50-60 BPM resting heart rate. We supplement our fitness routines and gym hobbies, but we don't often supplement our overall lifestyle and health the same way outside of our routines-- it doesn't hurt to go take a run, sprint, go play basketball, or do some boxing cardio-- or geta job that keeps you moving.

No point in being big and ripped but internally about as healthy as a dog thats pushing 13 years

I read the entire post. I'm sure he was a big figure on here and hence why you guys feel th eway you do about him. My sentiment was mainly based on I don't find anything groundbreaking in what I read. That doesn't mean he probably has not said some great and very useful information that most don't even know about-- because it's possible. I think what this tribute really represents more than anything else is that his words served as motivation for many people on here.. and I respect that.

Sure I did plenty of nut hugging in this post, but these are just a few of many things that I found helpful early on in my AAS journey. I put this together when Viking left as a quick resource for everyone so his posts didn't get lost, and people new here who's never heard of him could start reading old posts of his. Sure there are some motivational aspects of it, but there are also plenty of tidbits to take away from beginner to advanced. I personally haven't met anyone else on here like Viking. There are plenty of knowledgeable and jacked dudes on this site, but not many had the presence that Vik did.

Try reading Vikings posts and not just this "tribute" which mostly shares a private conversation. Secondly, what he says isn't as important as HOW he says it. If he can articulate information where people far below his paygrade can understand, then that's better than whatever the fuck you think is groundbreaking. True, Viking took a one-to-one personal interest and was a great motivator.

As you've stated, "nothing groundbreaking." Which means you feel you knew all this already; hence Viking is your peer. That being the case, pick up the torch and share your experience and knowledge so others can learn from you as well.

...there's always been and always will be a million "Viking's on and off the net...
