Caliper = 10% BF, that can't be right though(measured a few times). Will buy better caliper. It came down though and that's the important part not the #!

Bought better caliper and still reads too low on 3 point measurement. Now 6-8% BF(can't be right!), need to use a 6 or 9 point measurement. I'll see if my gym does them? But still coming down on the measurements!!!

Thanks Levelup! That was thanks to PapaSwole, he gave me a nutrition schedule that worked real well! My muscles stayed fuller and harder than they were. unfortunately I screwed up prepping for the pics and lost my vascularity running to the store for a news paper! Oh well, lesson learned! You did great, lots of size and unleashed the detail!

Yeah its a shame, I'll post something up in the next couple days to show where they were. You can see a lot of them but they were all full and standing up across my shoulders, traps, Bi's, Abs, quads......freaky looking! oh well lessons are important! LOL ;-P
