For those who have experience more acne while on trt or cycle, what things do you like to change to keep your skin looking good?

I wash the sheets, blankets and pillow cases at least once a week, don't reuse towels like I used to, and shower twice a day. That's helped me quite a bit, and I'm naturally oily.
Accutane is horrible, it will increase your liver enzymes and triglycerides. Use a wash with 10% benzoyl peroxide, followed by a wash with salicylic acid. If you have deep acne, see a dermatologist and get a script for doxycycline and trentinoin cream. Much safer route. I had bad acne on my chest, and this protocol cleared it right up.
Accutane is the only thing that has worked for me , even in the horrible teen years of acne lol, I’m very prone to it. One cycle of accutane will clear me for like 4 years, then it will pop up again and I’ll have to do it again
Does it work well when microdosed?
Not for me, not for the initial clearing anyways. I bounce 190-200 and I have to take 40mg to clear up then I do a half dose for a month or so then im clear for a bit. I get deep cystic acne only on my back. Its fucking lame.
Only place I get acne is my back and have had this issue for 20 years. Ive tried just about everything short of hitting my back with fire to clear it up.
Shit man I might have to try it. Haven't really had acne since I've been on but it's been getting worse the last few weeks.
