Just sharing my protocol, first analysis showed a very poor result, low count and zero morphology. The rest are today, perfectly normal. Sometimes. Simple analysis is not enough and you need these other two tests.
DNA fragmentation shows oxidation damage, even though a regular analysis will show normal.
Male karotyping tests your chromosomes to see if you are even capable of procreating on the dna /chromosome level.
Long story short, if anyone’s struggling please try this protocol. Sometimes you just get the short end of the stick with life and even with all of these normal numbers and spending 80+ grand on IVF, it still doesn’t work. But that’s life, what can ya do. Hope this helps anyone.

Did you have to come off test
Yes, unfortunately. I probably would have been fine sticking with it but a lot was on the line, couldn’t risk it. Just got done with another egg rerieval so I’m good for a while. I will continue the protocol and hop back on test and give everyone a 3 month update later on and retake all those tests.
Surprised you didn't try HMG with the hcg . Well I guess the enclo can kinda replace hmg but I would of ran home with all that stuff you listed if I was trying to get fertile. I'm glad it workout for you tho. Also for anyone reading that's on trt. Switch the aromasin out for adex, aromasin makes the sperm bad swimmers
