Caliper = 10% BF, that can't be right though(measured a few times). Will buy better caliper. It came down though and that's the important part not the #!

Bought better caliper and still reads too low on 3 point measurement. Now 6-8% BF(can't be right!), need to use a 6 or 9 point measurement. I'll see if my gym does them? But still coming down on the measurements!!!

Thanks Nooch! Yes, as far as I know you just click on the level of star you think they deserve for the changes/results they got. The heart is a "favorites" button. When you click that button it makes it easy to track those pages. On your profile page just click FAVS and it shows all the pages you saved as FAVS.
