I done fucked up and froze an entire 40iu of hgh

So I was thinking I’d just pull the 40iu and just use it to reconstitute another 40iu from everything I’ve read the frozen is broken/damaged would it hurt to give it a go

That sucks, hopefully you still get a little something out of it. The protein folds are very sensitive and if they say shaking a vial is not good I would only think that freezing it would be along the same lines. Much unlike HCG which I keep my preloaded pins frozen. I don't think it would hurt to give it a go why not

It'd be fine to do that and it's actually a really good idea. At least you know your getting what's in the new vial, and if the old ones still were somewhat OK or ok you'll get more. Def won't hurt

if it was just powder its fine if you already had it mixed it is probably still fine. Just use it.
Did you freeze it reconstituted or still in its lyophilized powder? Powder you’re ok. Liquid you’re still probably ok. Freezing the liquid doesn’t denature the whole batch, but can cause degradation, especially if you do it repeatedly as a practice. IMO leave it as is should be fine
