Crushing estrogen at the end of contest prep is to lose the last bit of water from under the skin. Him losing that water would make zero difference BUT I’m sure he’s holding fat in the breast area and has a higher estrogen level but what good it would do to his appearance to crash it, idk. I definitely do not recommend just crashing things all Willy nilly. Could do some bloodwork and see if it’s high and maybe bring it down but not crash it. And he actually may be a trt candidate. He may have very low natural test levels from being so unhealthy.

His bf is too high to recommend a test cycle to try and lose weight BUT he might greatly benefit from an actual trt replacement dose, check his bloodwork and you may be even able to scare him into losing weight cus I’m sure he has some bad health makers there too. If he’s got some money you could use semaglutide and supposedly it works like magic and you just get skinny but if he doesn’t learn some new habits he’ll just gain it all back when he stops
