NPP - Paranoix Anxiety
So not sure Im going to make it through my NPP cycle. 4 weeks in and I like it however the paranoia and anxiety is getting to me. Can't sleep at night. Get insane thoughts in my head and just can't get rid of them and I consider myself to be a pretty mentally strong person. I just can't kick it out. My wife really hasn't done anything.
Prob didn't help the DAY i started NPP my wife goes out with my step daughter and she is suppose to be out for 2-3 hours and 6 hours later she isn't found, I find her car abanded at 3am in the morning at the restaraunt she was suppose to be at, I put a police missing persons out cause i haven't heard form her or my step daughter, ends up drunk in another county, took an Uber45 min away, hanging out with her daughter and her boyfriend and friends, didn't text me at all to say where she was. Was a fun night let me tell you. Totally unlike her but that was a seed planted I suppose for the dark side of 19-nors.
Then she went out again teh next weekend ofcourse the paranoia starts kicking in was suppose to be out a coupel hours and she was running late. She was with my step sons wife. Didn't matter. In my head she was doing something sketchy.
Then went out again the 3rd weekend and the paranoia is really kicking in. Like why you like them more then me and our family. (given I know its her daughter she is with and her boyfriend and his friends) Im like your fucking those other guys out there. Im like thats the only reason you woudl want to hang out with 25 year olds at a bar restaraunt. When in reality she just wants to hang out with her daughter. Redonk thoughts normally but seem so real and possible.
Then the thoughts about her instagram start and she is banging everyone on there showing off her goodies to everyone (atleast in my head) Sure the guy that messaged her lives in England but doesn't matter to me. I know she has a plane ticket ready for him and banging him when he gets off the plane in the bathroom when she really says she is at work. Gotta be. Seems real and plausable.
Then its been like 15 years since she had breast implants. She is liek i need to get my breasts redone. Im like yea so you can show em off to all the boys on instagram. The dudes with fast cars and big cocks. I know it. I know it>
So yea the jealousy, paranoia, etc is really getting to me. nOrmally I don't care if she goes out. I have no issue with it. I do like to go out sometimes with her but usually stuck with kids at home.
My options:
1. Trying to get through another 4 weeks of NPP for an 8 week cycle,
2. Dropping the NPP to very low dose for Joint releif (which I do like) or
3. Completly dropping it all together and just running a straight Sust Cycle for the remaining 8 weeks.

Nah, no crazy numbers there. I only buy ones that’ll be used and I only buy for specific purposes. Some are concealable easier, some are more powerful, some are super accurate. Maybe it’s the NPP but she’s definitely not helping. I’ve been through similar shit with my girl. She might be doing nothing and it could all be the NPP but you should have a talk with her about how her actions are effecting you. After finding her care abandoned at 3am and her being missing, I’m sorry but she’s not leaving the house again. I’m not controlling at all, but I would’ve gone Liam Neason in taken if I thought they were missing and probably would’ve gotten myself in trouble or had a heart attack, so I’d become controlling and just be like that’s where I draw the line, I’m not searching for my wife and kid till the sun comes up NOPE

Yea thats basically how that convo went. And since it was 100% not like her and her daughter could vouch for her I let it pass. anvilEasy buddy, lower it, see if the issue is still there. If it is drop it all together, if you still feel different you know it wasn't the NPP. I can use 50mg of 19nors without it kicking up my anxiety. This only happened when I got older, you9nger days was completely fine, which is very common.
I think this is going to be my path as of now. Although I am thinking of just dropping it all together just for my sanity. If I still have the thoughts next week I know its not NPP. Next injection is tomorrow.

It sounds like you need to have a nice conversation with your wife and let her know that certain things have upset you, AND, ask her to put things on the table that you’ve done that may have upset her, and have a very open ear when she begins talking. Any relationship, professional, personal, requires conversation. Look up the four types of conversation, you want dialogue and discourse. You want a a mutual happiness, not a win. I’d suggest reading the verbal judo books, well, at least one of them. Some very valuable information in there. You’ll be fine broski, just breathe.

Funny I always talk to other people about communication. I know they say finances are the main reason for divorce. Im like its not finances. itts communication about finances is the problem. Also I always think back to my courses in College. I tookd Communication courses and always remember teacher discussing how people say "i heard you" yes you "heard" but did you "listen" Differnce between hearing and listening.
It's 100% communication issues my man. Folks either don't know how to communicate or they're too prideful to communicate their true feelings. That's what it all comes down to at the end of the day. We have had the convo this week. She is liek you give me conflicting message cause I hate people and don't want to go out with people. I said that is true however I do liek our firends and do want to go out with them with you on occasion. She is like thats fine we can any time we just have to figure out how to have someoen watch the kids. She is like its never bothered you and you never have said it has bothered you. I said it hasn't until just now. Between one bad weekend and the NPP i think it was just fuel to the fire.
Really I think my option is to drop the NPP and see how things are in 1 week.
I may have dismissed one of your concerns without delving deeper into it, I apologize for that. NPP is very short acting, I’m on it now myself. If you feel it’s the catalyst that has pushed the situation to where it is now, by all means drop the drug. Even if it’s not the drug itself, the act of you dropping it may give you the mental relief, the self given relief? Of a change that was needed. It sounds like the conversation went well, now you need to follow up on what was discussed. Get that babysitter bro and go out and enjoy yourselves. Can the kids stay with family for a couple days so you can have a weekend getaway?
