First legit cycle advice?

So I've recently ordered 4 250 mg per ml vials of test c. I've only ever done rad 140 before and I got good results from ten mg a day and it didn't seem to affect me negatively (kept all my gains even though I wasn't really ready for a cycle.) Now I feel I'm ready, I'm 33 years old and have decent size from about 6 years of lifting.

So here's the plan
250 mg twice every week for 16-20 weeks. I have aromasin and nolva ordered as well and also mk 677. I plan on taking the mk the duration of the cycle.

Nolva for pct or gyno flair up. 10/10/10/10 is what I've heard and supposedly it works as well as 20. I'm going to be starting this within the next two weeks. Dialing everything in in the meantime and trying to get in the routine of doing everything the way I should on cycle ie diet, rest, eating more and eating clean. I've also ordered tudca.

If anyone has a better way to do this to maximize results and minimize sides please let me know because I'm new to this, just trying to gather as much information as possible. Thank you!

Ya I’m cautious with a lot of the new stuff also, we don’t know what it does after using it for ten 15 years or even 5 years really. You know Boston Lloyd? I’m pretty sure he had said his kidney failure was from one particular peptide he had been experimenting with. And he ended up dying. But that peptide was really new and no one had really used it, so there was no recommended dose so he was just doing like insane amounts and destroyed his kidneys super fast

Yeah the Boston Lloyd thing sticks in my head. I heard it was a peptide that caused his kidney issue. I hated hearing that though. But guys nowadays listen to other guys so much that I guess it doesn't matter what danger lies ahead as long as those gains come. Well those gains don't mean a dang thing if you aren't alive ya know? It's crazy. Guess it's just pure desperation. But yeah just not enough solid info on those peptides

I've seen it listed as a side on a few different places but they didn't specify which compounds did it just anabolics. I will have to try the real stuff sometime soon if it's much better

Don’t waste your time/money/effort on MK. I’ve done extended uses of MK and all it does is drastically increase hunger and bloat. I’ve now also done HGH, and can definitively say it’s apples and oranges to MK. I actually got the sleep benefits, could train harder than anyone I know and still wake up the next day feeling like I didn’t do anything but an active recovery workout, and got the dreaded finger numbness. Real HGH is not something that can be mimicked by all these designer peptides/upstream antagonists. It’s one of those “you don’t know, until you know.”

As far as testosterone injections and sleep, the only studies I’ve seen are of older men (60yo) and it basically just exacerbated obstructive sleep apnea/hypoxia in them causing them to get shittier sleep. You shouldn’t get that restless/wired feeling. If you do, some simple 2-4mg extended release melatonin will put you out like a baby.

Really? Well it's supposedly to be the poor man's GH but if I'm going that route I'd much rather use GH itself. I just don't trust alot of these peptides nowadays.

I think the allure around MK is Derek from MPMD said some shit like taking 30mg is equivalent to 4IU of GH. And people take his word like gospel and then spread it amongst the forums. I gained like 10lbs of water and was hungry all the time taking MK and that was all I experienced. Maybe at the time I had some placebo effect mindset, but having now run GH anywhere from 2IU to 5IU a day I can now look back and realize it didn’t do shit.

It is a ghrelin mimic, so it will absolutely make you ravenous no matter what your normal appetite is like.

I’m with ya, Bro! I can work my ass off at the gym, and a few hours later I feel like I didn’t even train. I love GH. Also love what it does to my skin. Everyone asks me why I look younger every time they see me. I always credit the weight loss and training, but I know it’s really the GH doing its thing.

That link is a good starting point. Take the “ramping up” dosage seriously. I ramped up too fast and my sleep got fucked up by constantly waking up to tingling/numb fingers if my arms/wrists bent too much. The CTS induced from HGH water retention is no joke.
