Need advice- help lower Estradiol
I’m 49, just finished 8th wk of first cycle ever, using Test 400 (200 Enan & 200 Cyp).
Wk 1, 2: took 350mg total/wk (split Mon & Thurs)
Wk 3-8: took 500mg/wk
I have no nipple issues, acne, problems other than difficulty sleeping (the first couple wks) and erectile dysfunction (which I already had prior to cycle).
Bloodwork before cycle had my natural Test at 190 ng/dl. Didn’t show my estradiol at that time.
Early Mon.morning before pinning, start of week 8, had bloods done.
Total test said >3000 ng/dl (so no figures available for free test) and my estradiol is 211. (See pics)
I’m in possession of Mast Enan 300mg & I have Aromasin 12.5mg (haven’t used either yet).
*Should I lower my Test amount to get it under 3000 so we have an actual #?
I’m assuming I should lower this estradiol #, but what should I use & how much & how often???
I planned on running cycle about 15-16 weeks, then possibly cruising on enough to put my test in the 500-1500 range. --♂️ I’m also assuming if I did PCT instead, my natural test was 190 so probably should just cruise the rest of my life. Maybe blast 2x/yr?

12.5mg every day and retest next week. A suicidal aromatase inhibitor is amazing and strong. If youre really that high in aromatizing then next cycle look at other methods. Low bf is a big key. Low test with other chems high is another. Or genuinely just see how your body reacts and place it into proper range. 30-50.
I am prescribed exemestane, take 1 pill immediately @12.5mg if your estro is really that high. Some will tell you to start higher but I can tell you, if it's legit exemestane it works... and fast... so be careful as it works.
I would do 1 pill or 12.5mg Eod and then go get your e2 checked again after 5 doses. Without knowing your sensitivity if you crash your e2 its honestly worse than any high e2 symptoms in my opinion so don't go crazy as it takes a long time for me to recover, and makes my body act crazy while in the dips and highs, not good for on cycle benefits or sleeping for that matter.
Don't listen on opinion bases once you do start a regimine just go get bloods no matter how you "feel". E2 and test testing alone without all the other parameters is not expensive so take advantage of doing it a couple times through this to target your personal ai dose. Warnings I notice with the aromasin/exemestane. I get hot flashes from it no matter what. They are not often and not before or after any certain thing but since starting it about 3 years ago I have had a consistent once in a while flash. My e2 is very consistent at 12.5mg e3d on higher levels of test and 6mg or 1/4 pill e3d on lower test as mine are 25mg each tablet.
Mast will help control e2 once in range with little ai need but get your levels in check before trying to add a bunch of other variables or you will never target what the resolve is. Hope this helps!

I’ll try the 12.5mg Aromasin starting now, EOD for 5 doses, then go get labs.
I want to do things right and see if I can get that number down in the normal range (at least close).
I'd be taking something to knock the estrogen down. I have no experience taking aromasin so my input would be nil here. I think you could tag @Makwa in hopes he might see it sooner or someone with experience using aromasin to give you precise advice to help you avoid problems with estrogen blowing up further. Also there's pages of information related to AI's on this site that helped me out a lot after reading them to understand how they work/dosage. Don't let it just slide though! Pretty standard dosing protocol that works for majority on 500mg of test is 12.5mg aromasin ED or 25mg EOD. You are running with pretty high estro so no need to be stingy with the aromasin. Works pretty quickly so after a week or two retest to dial in dosage amount. Estro does help with anabolism so try and dial it in on the higher end of normal for maximum anabolic effect.
Playing with test levels to lower estro or get below the lab cut off range is going to be an effort in futility. You are going to have at least a 2week delay when changing levels and then it will also like affect the aromasin dose you need. Just going to overall be messy. Stick with your 500mg of test and dial in estro with AI which is much quicker and don't worry about your test being over 3K, that is a good thing and you are a good responder to get that high with just 500mg of test so consider yourself lucky.
