Need specific advice (1st cycle)

ad

49 yrs old, 5’ 9”, 185 lbs, fairly active work life, similar to that of a UPS driver. Workout 4-5x/week.
Decent diet but I haven’t tracked macros. Rarely eat or drink anything w/sugar, except what’s in bread or pastas (I limit that too).
Anyways, if I had access to Test E 300mg, Test 400 (which is Test E & C @ 200mg ea), Masteron Enan 200mg, and PCT tabs that contain:
Clomid 50mg, Nolvadex 10mg, Proviron 10mg, & Aromasin 5mg (for total of 75mg/tablet).

If you had this ^^^^, what would you recommend taking & for how many weeks?
What would you do different from what’s listed?
Also, it’s suggested to take 1 PCT tab per day starting 21 days after last pin. Are the ingredients enough to only take 1/day or should I take 2/day for a couple weeks?
Thank you

500mg/wk of test for 12 weeks. You need an actual AI like aromasin to control estro. Can't rely on mast to do that since you have no idea how you respond to mast or what your estro conversion rate is. Stay away from those premixed PCT tabs with provi in them. Provi has proven to shut down people and prevent successful PCT.

And most importantly track your macros. That is what will make or break your cycle.

Test E at 500mg a week, bloods prior, mid way, and after, to see how your body tolerates testosterone and if your lipids are in good enough shape to run it in the first place. I’m a fan of masteron, but you need to see how your e2 levels act before you run that. I’ve never ran pct so a knowledgeable member here can advise you better than I on that. Good luck buddy, just pay attention to your body.
Edit-10/12 weeks should be good, depending on your mid bloods. Shelf the test 400 for now, you’ll get pip from it. Just stick with the enanthate.

Thank you.
I hate to ask this, but I have rarely ever seen a doctor. We do have insurance & my wife can make me an appointment, but does it need to be a general doctor (like a wellness exam) or a testosterone specific type of place?
I’m admitting that I don’t know where to get bloods done and do I tell them I’ll want to return mid & post cycle? That means I have to admit I’m using an unprescribed drug.
Is that what everyone does? Lol
I wanted to keep this quiet but every post talks about getting bloodwork done.

If they cover your state or you have access to a Quest Lab, these are the people I go through for bloods

Use the search bar above, there’s lots of great posts written about getting bloodwork done, I’d recommend a full panel for your first go at this, know your baselines. Letting your healthcare provider know you’re abusing hormones is a sure fire way to get dropped from your insurance carrier. Discretion is key on this.
