+ 1 Cystic Back Acne

ad

Looking for advice/guidance. Have been doing TRT 600mg/week cycle for 5 months and was NOT taking Arimidex (confusion from multiple sources whether or not to use). I have been breaking out in cystic acne on my back which has now moved to my chest. I am currently going to lower my dose to 150/mg week and have added the Arimidex now. Has anyone has this issue and if so, how did you resolve it? What is your dosing. I'm ready to start on accutane but would like to only be on it as little/quick as possible. I've tried body washes and acne patches. Not sure if this is just throwing my body into an extreme high level and causing oil glands to go crazy.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks I was definitely skeptical seeing you were female I think you'd have worse sides than just acne running that dose for so long but I'm not versed in female bodybuilding cycles to know. Calling that dose "TRT" was also making me think this was a joke

That is nice of you to do for him, so adding to that learning curve you see how sometimes people will be suspect

But that is nice of you to do, hope nobody scared you off it's a great group of folks here. Glow is good people too, I almost said the same, as we do look out for each other in that sense also and we do get people that come along just to create a rise

And now that we know if there are any other questions don't hesitate to create a topic again have fun mingling about the site there's a lot of great info here

+1

Totally understand. I'm just here for help to try to get his situation under control. We did order a test/estrogen testing kit to actually see what his levels are and then use this group to get things under control and learn more.

I agree. Strange to see but it is online so theres that. Haha

Niacinamide
Lysine
NAC
PROBIOTICS

that's a good acne health stack
Colloidal oatmeal baths

Getting estrogen under control probably the biggest factor. 600mg test a week for 5 months with no ai. Hmm

Who are these multiple sources you're listening to LOL. Sorry. Hope you get it sorted out

Yo, I gotta say that I appreciate you regularly advising people use natural products to support & balance their health rather than more heavy lab driven products that carry as many risks (or more) as benefits. I think sometimes in this lifestyle, we reach for the quick powerful fix, looking for an immediate solution rather than a balanced lifestyle & longterm solution.

Thank you for the info. I am getting estrogen checked this week. I was being told to only take it if I had nipple sensitivity which I didn't. Hopefully I can get it under control with the AI and lower dose. New to the game and apparently more of a learning curve than I thought.

hey no problem glad to help, I saw the words accutane in your post, for me that would be a last resort option as it's pretty harsh stuff

Also some rubbing alcohol into a small spray bottle, giving the areas a spray a couple times a day helps dry it up

I think you're on the right track dropping the dose down and getting that AI going should balance things out pretty quickly. Still good to wash linens a little more frequently and that bath can do wonders a couple times a week. And it's quite okay we've all been through the learning curve, I've had my battles with it and luckily I haven't had a spot in a few years, knock on wood

For the supplements I thought lysine was the most effective

Edit. Oh the colloidal acne dot patch are a miracle. The small round and clear but wow, even the biggest hardest ones that don't seem like they're ever shrinking they will start to go down after a couple days. They literally sucked the goop right out into the patch. It's just tough to get them on centered and replace daily. The other type of patches like salicylic acid never did anything for me. You'll love them

I completely agree with rubbing alcohol. I swab my face with it every night and I rarely get any facial pimples anymore
