Never had liquid isotretinoin, but had oral tablets on prescription in my teens for severe acne.

It'll definitely clear it up, but it may get worse before it gets better, heard of a few instances where on accutane the acne reached a peak before clearing. Isotretinoin is usually the last and final resort before anything else though as it's quite a controversial drug.

I had to go through every treatment possible at the doc before even being allowed to touch it, topical ointments and creams mostly. I even had an isotretinoin cream but that didn't really do much for me.

Didn't have any mental sides or bad thoughts on the drug but I do believe I suffer from minor ED as a result of it. But being on anabolics makes that no longer noticeable anyway. So just be weary, it has a LONG list of side effects but that may just be for liability sake.

But the bottom line is it'll destroy the acne in 99% of cases, only had to use UGL accutane once since I started anabolics, hasn't come back since.

Best to get a blood test before and see if there is a clear indicator before hopping on accutane though.
