Hey everybody I’m Alex. 32 year old man from Louisiana trying to gain a new and better look for myself. My problem has always been eating. I currently weigh 145 and never been up to 151 before. Never had a big appetite and only eat once a day. I’ve worked out in the past but not since I took on a welding job but I’m trying to make some changes. I want to get in better shape and gain some muscle growth. I’m very skinny right now and it’s been for to long. I’ve never taken any enhancements or anything so I’m new to everything and I’m looking for a direction.

Feels like being part of a community or something. I thought AAS would fix the not gaining weight part and help me develop an appetite for food. I hear force eating to gain, stretching my stomach with a specific diet. Force eating is the main thing I’ve always ran from since a kid who had to adjust to not eating a lot of days.

Molinin302Great advice in these responses, the only thing I'll add is consider your goals. Want to compete or model? There's a look you'll need. Want to impress nobody but yourself? Which I think most of are that way, then do that. Look bud, make yourself happy, got great arms but bad legs? If you're going to be happy, work with what you have. Bring the legs up, but get those arms to 18"! Work with your genetics, not against. You'll be much happier in the long run. Work with that mindset for a while, get your nutrition and lifestyle right. No drugs yet buddy. Best wishes.

Molinin302Bro, I still do. Unfortunately the wife hates the look, but I'd say 80% of the women want to look at an in shape guy. Fo sho! I don't mind getting looked at lol. Tanning begins next month too haha
Don't worry Bud, we were all beginners at some stage. DO NOT go anywhere near steroids for the moment as they are not at all what you need. You need to be planning and making time for some good solid sit down meals through out the day together with a basic strength training plan. Get your body and stomach use to some good protein and carbs, dairy and Fats.
Dude... FOOD!! search online for carb/protein meals and get eating. Lots of frequent little meals to start with. Grow your stomach this way, then increase as you go. Youll do yourself and your body so much good doing this naturally for now. Drugs are temporary and dangerous, get to work first.

Hi again, welcome aboard! Like I've said in the other post "food" is going to be your friend. Research diet, macros, bmr, etc. The aas will have minimal impacts if your not working out and feeding your body. My advice is to start by researching on how to feed an ecto type metabolism. The gear should come a bit later when you've maxed out your natural potential.
Ok, I google that and I have an idea of my diet I need to start on. Before I got to read all the advice from everybody I was still tryna find AAS which I did, Test C, and scheduled to be here tomorrow. But now knowing experienced advice, I gotta sit it to the side and eat a lot more while working out naturally. Eating is my greatest challenge.
Ecto type metabolism. Learned something new about myself and working on it.
