StevebTB500 and BPC157 for injuries
Out of all of them Deca seems to be the main healer, whether its just mainly good at numbing pain though is debatable. I do know it even manages to lessen toothache though!
5150Yes plenty , mostly testosterone. Look into SARMS also.
Primobolan is a known healer as well as immune builder.
Google it.
Plenty. Most of it on nandrolone but there are some I’ve seen on anavar and anadrol as well.
Look in the medical journals.
PallMallI read the first study I found where they used nandrolone at 20mg/kg in animals....which showed beneficial
Unfortunately for me that would be 2,181mg per week
Lol
I’m not taking 2 grams of deca
AnonNo balls.
Lol kidding. I'm ready for mine to arrive...my knees are tired of this 5x5 Bullshit ..need a little recovery boost!
Do you wrap your knee's?
AnonIm going to try that, I never had a problem until I started this 5x5, now I'm squatting 3x week for a while..Its nice adding reps on! But damn they get sore , I might have to skip the squats here and there so I don't mess my tendons up..
Three times a week is too much, twice is best if you are lifting heavy. Same with bench and deads too otherwise you end up being over trained and going backwards in strength. I know some of these World class elite level Russians can get away with it but how they get their recovery levels so high god knows Lol
AnonThat's the way I saw it too, but I'm making great progress! I've never tried high frequency with these big compound lifts yet, but it's definitely working for me. Besides the knees..I was apprehensive to switch to this 5x5, because it's 3 compound lifts per day, 3 days a week. I know the 5x5 is a well proven program so I said fuck it, I can do anything for 8 weeks right? I'm mostly focused on adding reps to my squat now, if I throw the Deca in and wrap the knees while adding weight on, it might really backfire on the tendons..my bench is getting added reps where I was stalled too. My rows and deads were way higher, but you add them at the end here, so in a few weeks they'll catch up. Hitting them last while you're gassed is hard, but they go up each workout! So that's good progress in my book. Saftey first though..
Edit: I have bitch legs, so I'm prioritizing them. That impacted my decision to use 5x5.
Absolutely!!!!!!!!
TronYes.
AnonDid you find some?
