+ 10 Discovering the other side of Trenbolone
This post isn’t meant to condone or deny the use of Trenbolone. This post is an advanced discussion centered around those who can read and comprehend the link provided. If you want to talk about running 400mg+ of tren and the side effects you encountered or how well it did or didn’t work during your bulk of cutting phase please talk don’t chime in on this thread. You can always find these things being discussed on the steroid cycle and anabolic steroids thread.
For a long time new information about steroid hormones were non existent l, but as the medical world is starting to take another look at these hormones we are finding out things not previously known about steroids. New information is being published about HPG axis disruption/ recovery, steroid side effects, and clinical use of steroid hormones. These are the publishing’s I thrive on. I use these articles to develop a more modern knowledge database about AAS, PCT, clinical application of various hormones. When someone mentions trenbolone extreme side effects are the first thing that come to most people’s mind and it’s never gets attributed to positive physiological affects. I have always wondered how can a hormone with such a perfect design whose effects are far superior to most all other steroids be so detrimental physically and mentally to it’s users. Is it dosage that causes this? Is it interaction with other hormones, body type, genetic predisposition... what causes this? The other day I was doing some reading and stumbled across this gem of an article. It was published in 2016 and it shows a side of trenbolone not previously seen. After reading the article a few things stood out to me: dosing protocol, manipulation of variables, and results where the biggest. Take a look at the link and feel free to share your thoughts and opinions.

I found it interesting the study found that test was worse on the prostate. I suffer from prostate issues from certain compounds and 200mg weekly tren through me into serious prostate issues. I’m not sure what myocardial IR is but I’m guessing the study was saying teen isn’t as hard on your heart? Correct me if I’m wrong though
PcushionBasically the study is suggesting that men who have testosterone deficient metabolic syndrome. Tren coupled with proper nutrition could be a better solution than testosterone and nutrition. I personally love tren so naturally I flocked to the article, but I am seeing stuff like this about test more and more. I was reading an endocrinology article the other day that has established a link between running eq with test and a drastic increase in unwanted androgenic side effects as well as kidney disease. I have noticed this on my own lab work specific with PSA. Eq and test raise it higher than test, tren, and mast or any other combo of hormones.
jayiskwatched this video yesterday. I dont know anything about this guy but it did seem to give a good overview of tren esp. the sides.

PcushionAnabolic Doc is the man! I am going to go see that man for my 35 birthday.
I haven’t got any Karma since the tren kicked in! Bahahahahahahaa
Thanks, interesting read and the discussions of people's experiences below are fascinating too. I had no idea!
zmlxnqf0904Very interesting article! Thank you for post.
jayiskBefore running tren again i know now is not the right time. It is still too hot, i am not eating enough at the moment, and currently not mentally/emotionally stable enough to handle it.
So i would be a complete ass to think its ok to mess with something such as tren right now.
Not sure how you guys can run it on low carbs either. to me its a carb whore and i am always hungry. it has also made go hypo.
my last tren run i stopped when the insomnia was too much. i ran it long enough anyway and it was the right time to get off and not push it.
Edit: forgot to mention i cant wait til i am ready again to run tren A. The strength gains are great.
Tren is like no other steroid! The results; the sides etc. It's always a two edged sword for those who want to play theme. I agree with Pale it is so addictive.
Overall it's an individual decision each AAS user must make taking into account the risks vs the benefits!
As I have said before, tren is the only truly addictive steroid we use. It begs you to pin it again and then will eventually turn on you again. Simply not worth what it does to you mentally.
I can confirm that
Funny. After I got my recent bloods back and saw a pretty unimpressive number for 1ml of test cyp per week it only took a couple minutes for the tren in the next room to start whispering to me. lol. It said, "The weather is cooling down, you know I won't make you crazy this time, you just need to pin me every day". lol. I haven't given in to that evil sumbitch yet but I was surprised how strong the temptation is.
PcushionTren is always whispering to me. It’s been the monkey on my back since I took that first shot. I really wish I wound have left the top on that damn bottle.
Rustyhooker..
I am still tren free lol
I see you have been talking to yourself again. I too love Tren but it bites me in the ass as well. Time and time again for that fact. It is very addictive and I don’t run a cycle without it now. It’s just not the same. The only time it truly effects me is when I’m on a low carb cycle and trying to shred. Then the Tren comes out and plays and it’s like I need a exorcist or something.
It has been awhile now since I danced with it. It really gets ahold of me in a bad way.
The great thing about Tren is you don’t realise what a true dick you can be on the stuff until your off it. We’ve all seen the coolest of members here start a Tren blast and mid way through all of a sudden their contributions on here get a lot more confrontational, RIP to the wifes/girlfriends!
Besides you guys noticing my buddy's on our trading forums also picked up that something was wrong with me last time. That was when I decided to stop. I honestly couldn't understand what I was saying or doing that was alarming everyone, my wife says I turn into a complete asshole too. But in my head I am the most sentimental , cry at animal commercials dude I could be lol.
Tren is brilliant at whispering in your ear telling you, you’re in the right and it’s the fucking microwave door’s fault that you had to slam it because it was in your fucking way. Then you realise you’ve been in a 7 day bad mood and probably time to drop then Tren. But what harm could another 2 weeks cause? Just think of that gains
Lmfao that’s me hi I’m bulkdaddy! Bahahaha
We’ve all been there brother! A handful of side free Tren lasts then last year on a relatively low dose I got every side effect you read about! Just ask the Mrs
After reading the article it is pretty interesting. Now if we could do a conclusive brain study on tren versus test.
PcushionYes I would love to see that. I believe with everything going on with the trans community and with TRT becoming ore wide spread we will see more modern studies about hormones coming out. They prob won’t apply to bodybuilding community because after all steroids are the biggest secret that politicians keep sweeping under the rug. In the US the mentality is if we pretend like the country isn’t using them than it’s ok. Ridiculous
What worries me most is that, with this stuff have also ruined the animal world, I'm not talking about laboratory experiments. . look:

PcushionWell it is pit bull and here in states people bread them and make them “workout”
They are pretty muscly dogs to begin with though buddy lol
Yes, these dogs have a good muscle base of nature. Many times they add Tren for aggression during fights.
PcushionI think the biggest thing I take from the whole article is the fact that they actually did the study. There are little to no studies done on steroids outside what’s considered medically acceptable and even then those steroids are not studied at a performance enhancing dose.
jayiskhow much did the rats add to their dead lift, squat and bench total?
that is all i care about. and i guess this rat study they didnt get dementia either. as in the one the older one that concluding more research was needed.
And no steroids are not physically addictive.
PcushionThey are physically addictive man. Withdrawal symptoms l include mood disorders (with suicidal depression as the most life-threatening complication), insomnia, anorexia, decreased libido, fatigue, headache, muscle and joint pain, and desire to take more steroids. These symptoms probably aren’t that evident running short controlled cycles but ask anyone who has stayed on cycle for a long period of time and come off they saw at least a few of the above side effects most pronounced being depression, fatigue.
Bro , it was enough for me to read the first three lines to say "I'll never do it" ...lol +
PcushionThis isn’t just tren steroids in general are addictive mentally. It’s the physical addiction that people find questionable I believe they are physically addictive.
jayiskBut you could include that list to running any gear for a long time and just coming off. That is when a proper PCT or switching to TRT comes into play.
If you are still running test as a base and stop taking tren.., even if it was for along time.., i do not see that sides occurring.
And most of that list some people would list as sides of being on tren.
PcushionI wasn’t speaking just for tren I meant steroids as a whole can be physically addictive. Yes if one continues to run a TRT dose side effects will be minimal to non existent but what about the steroid user not formerly on TRT even with PCT a lot of user feel “off” lethargic and face mood swings. I know I have seen these things. The down time between cycle and the body restoring its natural androgen levels is a withdrawal period. The body doesn’t have something it’s accustomed to having and it freaks out just like any other substance or drug we just happen to be taking about hormones.
Yeah I haven't seen that other guy in a long time on here that said we'd all end up with dementia ...
It makes for such funny reading if you look through that study - all the people on there saying they would never ever run it again and yet now are.
jayiskeasy explanation that was posted during the season where the majority of people had cold weather. and only people running tren for strength would be running it.
now it is shirt off summer time. and tren is the love/hate drug for people wanting to look good with their shirts off. therefore, right now it is acceptable. so its back to arguing over the color of tren and not worrying about dementia in one rat study.
a couple of more months and people will be back to how much they hate the sides of tren and it made them crazy.
plus that person with the cherry picked study loved tren and could no longer tolerate the sides so he went out of his way to bash it.
dont get me work tren is for exp. gear users that have to able to realize the strong side effects that tren may cause them. i dont recommend tren for anyone that is not knowledgeable of the drug and is educated enough to recognize the possible sides if they happen. and how to address those sides or just stop taking it.
If you work in the heat you definitely don't want to mess with tren in the summer.
Found that one out the hard way a few yrs back..
That is how I know as well, lol
jayiski dont work in the heat. But i wouldnt even take tren in the summer only in colder weather. it is harder for me to get in cals. in the summer and tren is a carb whore also increases my appetite. i sweat enough already and dont need tren in the summer to add to that. now walking around in a tshirt in the fall or winter is fine with tren...lol
What I took from the study was that 2 group were tested for visceral fat, bf, muscle comp, ect.. giving feed, time and rest. Group 1 was traditional testosterone trt, while group 2 was giving tren to treat trt..correct? Now for missing data. Did I miss the effects on lipids, CBC, bloods, ect. Did the rats giving tren have a change in temperament? Like eating the heads off their cell mates.
PcushionThe tren wasn’t given to treat trt is was given to compare the cardiometabolic effects of trenbolone on body composition, lipid profile-associated insulin sensitivity in rodents who had lab controlled metabolic syndrome and testosterone deficiency. Lipids values are mentioned and they also graph them out.
Tren and its sides vary from user to user. Some people can't handle it while others handle it well. There are no rules and more studies are needed especially on the fact that Tren may be the only steroid that is physically addictive! +
PcushionI completely agree that tren is indeed physically addictive. Mean who stay on tren for extended periods of time have extreme hard time with sex drive once off we aren’t talking just while the HPG recovers we see taking years after recovery. Not to mention the gain made by tren are not maintainable. You will not look the way you do on tren not matter how good the pct after you come off. That in itself is hard enough form someone who truly wants to be one another level.
This sounds more like psychological addiction than physical. When I think physical addiction I think xanax, heroin, alcohol, things that cause severe and immediate withdrawal symptoms when going cold turkey after a physiological dependency is established. Is HPGA shutdown a form of withdrawal in a sense? Hmm. Perhaps. But then, all anabolic steroids would be physically addictive to some extent if we’re going by that definition
Just food for thought
Also, what you’re describing with the latter point about not being able to achieve “that look” without trenbolone describes more of a body identity disorder, which I do believe steroid usage plays a strong hand in promulgating
I think all of us that use steroids have a body identity disorder whether we like to admit it or not - just take a step back and look at how crazy it is in reality that we are willing to inject our own bodies several times a week with oils that none of us see being made in terms of sterility risks etc - just to look a certain way and carry more muscle mass.
100%
Despite the bravado I portray to the world, I am insecure as hell. I admit it.
It takes a certain personality type. It’s not even just body dysmorphia for me. It’s strength dysmorphia. No matter how strong I get, I always feel like a weak little bitch. It’s so bizarre. I don’t know why my brain works that way. I’m aware of it… but I can’t turn it off
It's completely the strength side of things for me too mate - although you have to admit it does look great getting bigger in the mirror along with the muscle mass that occurs too Lol It absolutely sucks loosing a compound in a cycle that suddenly results in any kind of loss of strength - and you and me both know the only damn reason we lift anything close to what we do is a result of steroids. Going back to fully natural for a decent length of time would be hell on earth, Superman need no longer apply Lol
