Normal LH, zero TT
So because of abnormally high AST (3x out of upper range), ALT (8x out of upper range!) values I decided to quit my ostarine cycle at the end of 5th week. It was 25mg ed. I just wanted to do a light cutting cycle. Didn't take a test base yet as I wanted to see first how osta affected hpta and then started taking test.
My LH is basically the same as pre cycle. 3.5 pre cycle, 3.0 current. I started cutting when I went on cycle, so 0.5 fluctuation is normal for me when on a cut. Anyhow my TT came back almost zero: 0.6 (1.42 - 9.23) so now I am wondering what to do. I've got nolva and aromasin at hand but seeing as my LH is normal should I even use it? Nolva is hepatoxic and the reason why I'm quitting osta is bc of hepatoxicity.
So question: does nolva help with anything else then stimulating LH, FSH?
Also, I'm really bummed out as I still have app 5 pounds to cut. Was thinking of maybe pinning some test for 8 weeks to help me preserve muscle mass while on the cut. I know 8 weeks is nothing for test but still...it would help withthe cut. Or maybe cjc1295dac, but it's really expensive for a proper dose
Any input highly appreciated regarding pct! tnx

What other blood value results can you share?
Weight is more like 88 now and bf is around 12% I would say.

LH: 3.5 (0.57 - 12.07)
Free T: 22.53 (7 - 22.7)
e2: 26 (11-44)
S-HDL: 1.7 ( > 1.4)
S-LDL: 3.4 (2.0 - 3.5)
S-GGT: 0.28 ( < 0.93)
S-ALT: 0.44 (range: < 0.74)
S-AST: 0.5 (range: < 0.58)
CHOLESTEROL: 5.3 (4.0 - 5.2)

You don't have a free T value for 5th week Bloods?
Possibility:
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.ncbi.nl...
No I don't, only TT. But seeing as there is still some e2 in the blood, I presume that free T is a bit higher than TT...
Thank you for the link, I know about the elevated enzymes induced with exercise, but I really don't think this is it
I've had enzymes checked multiple times during my lifting carer and they were always normal and in range. This is obviously a reaction to osta... I'm not the first one to have such a reaction to it though.
I'm just wondering how my LH can be normal and at the same time have zero test. It's like osta made my primary hypogonadal.
I did start taking an SSRI 4 weeks ago. Sertraline 50mg ed, but that stuff isn't really hepatoxic... And I've taken an SSRI before (albeit not sertraline) and my enzymes were ok.
Agreed...
Those values are extremely high. Go doctor first about that
Mildy elevated is usually fine (little warning about inflammation/seepage)... but 8x upper limit???
You sire its 3x and 8x the upper limit value???
....that is... lets say an upper limit value is 100... your alt is 800?? (Fictional values for example...)
??????
Yes. Upper limit is 0.74 my reading came back at 5.6.
That's why I'm worried! I'm starting UDCA today and rechecking levels on Monday. Didn't think osta would effect my liver this much or to any degree at all actually. It's not supposed to be much liver toxic.
