+ 3 Cardio ideas outside the treadmill

ad

Happy Friday friends,

I've been thinking about cardio ideas and what has worked for me in the past. If y'all know me on here you know I came in to Eroids with a self image, was given great advice for putting weight on, as I was pretty skinny in areas. Went from 200 morning weight to 230ish morning weight. In about a year. Obviously some if not even half of it is water weight from bulking agents. Now it's time to lean back down before summer and then turn back around and bulk again to end 2018. To really see what solid muscle gains I made this year I need to cut and see where I end weight wise. If I cut and end up at 215, 220 then I am happy. Because starting a next bulk at 220 vs 200 leads me to believe I can again reach a new weight I have never seen, per say 245 this time, then by 2019 at this time I can cut and end at 230 cut. See where I am going? Maybe a pipe dream, but none the less it's a personal goal to hit 250. Back to the post and what cardio means to me, as I hate cardio and being on tren kills my lungs and in return my endurance.

To get honest advice on here you have to be honest about what your running so to give an idea, here is what my summer cut cycle starting around feb25 will look like:

Cut blend per CC: 100mg tren ace/75mg test prop/50mg mast. This is a blend by a domestic source here. I will be running 1cc 3x a week. I will be adding mastE @400mg a week as well w/adex on hand. I also have prami on hand. Shouldn't need an AI with a decent mast total, but will monitor bloods every 4 weeks.

So back to the original post, wtf to do for cardio. Let's be honest, after killing the weights for an hour min stop it's easy to walk by the stair master and say fuck you. But, I'm trying to get the cardio 3x a week, so who has ideas for cardio besides your typical treadmill or stair master. Would love to hear what you guys/gals are doing for cardio because I'm seeing pictures and a lot of y'all are fucking shredded with veins going nuts.

Thanks!

That helps me pretty good for an increase in heart rate. But my lady likes to be in there with me.

If you want to lose weight significantly improve your cardiovascular output and get ripped...... get a skippingrope!

I used to box and this was one of our main fitness routines.

Start off learning how to skip and trust me after 5 minutes you'll realise how fit you actually are.
