Get a baseline, run the gh for 3 weeks and take the test again. You can also test earlier than 3 weeks, but you will likely get a lower reading.
i have a baseline from blood test 1 year ago. do i need to do the 3 hours fasting inject pre test?

Just follow the instructions of your lab. IGF levels are more stable than GH serum, that's why they are a better indicator.
walk in to office, sign in, wait until you are called, get blood drawn, keep disney band-aid on for 20 minutes, wait for results.
