Need help. Bloodwork inside.

Long story short.
- 38 years old.
- on TRT through doctor
- baseline low T.
- no sex drive, impotent etc.
- Testosterone to start 9 nmol/L (ref range: 7.6 - 31.4)
- former propecia user
Doctor put me on HCG monotherapy to start.
- 0.4 ml x 3 times a week.
Result: Testosterone doubled (21 nmol/L). Estrogen (82 pmol/L). Erections were super fat and full. Could have sex once or twice a day with no viagra. That sexual urge, teeth grinding feeling came back.
Added Testosterone depot 100mg/week to HCG
Result: Testosterone over range (~42 nmol/L). Estrogen doubled (173 pmol/L). Erections down. Sex drive down. Urge down.
My conclusion is that estrogen is too high. Obviously I feel better with lower estrogen.
So I should add Arimidex??

Did your doctor add the test depot or did you do that on your own? I would think if your doc saw your bloodwork and estro was too high he would have put you on an AI anyways.
Doctor added the Test depot. He missed the high estrogen. I informed the office via email. He may not reply. Either way, I'm adding Arimidex UGL.
How much should I add ?
Not more then .25 ( 1/4 of a pill) E3D for start. Your Estradiol is NOT extremely high. If it goes too low you'll have same erectile dysfunction problems but worse. You should target 90 pmol/L +-20. Good luck.
Did your doctor ever get back with you?
