Adex or aromasin for pct along with clomid/nolva?

ad

Watched a video from ask Dave. Saying to run ai into pct. I did the standard pct last cycle. Just wondering if there's any plus side to adding Adex

Thanks guys.

I don't use an A.I. in PCT but anybody that uses gear should ALWAYS have some on hand. There's no rule of thumb for this type of thing though it just depends on if your e2 is elevated or not. Go off of your estrogen levels dictated by bloodwork and bloodwork only when deciding, not what some other guy does.

Aromasin. Especially if you ran adex during cycle as you can get an e2 rebound. Aromasin destroys e2, aromasin is known to help increase natural t levels and also unbind free test. Also the body's natural defense against high e2 is to lower test production to balance out. I don't pct anymore as I'm trt, but from memory continue aromasin 2 weeks post cycle on long ester, week 1 of pct resume on cycle dose then half dose or less on 2nd week of pct. If you start feeling crunchy joints e2 could be getting to low. Proceed with care. Always bloods to verify pct..

A quick way to touch up on your knowledge of aromasin

Shoot I just reread what I wrote. Didn't mean continue aromasin into pct. I meant continue aromasin 2 weeks after last injection while on a long ester cycle. Sorry my bad for any confusion. Been awhile since I ran a pct.

typically of you kept your estrogen in check on Cycle you shouldn't need to take an AI through pct. blood work is the way to know for sure.

That is kind of what I was thinking. I Never needed an ai when I used to PCT. It seems like if you keep your estro in check on cycle it really shouldn't be needed in PCT. I guess the only reason to take it in PCT would be if bloods showed you actually need it, othwerwise keep it out.

Just for that reason gyno. It's a suicide AI, perfect for lowering the e2 spike in PCT. As you know, nolva only blocks e2 from binding. If your e2 is still high when you end PCT, you can get hit with gyno.

Actually, aromasin is an estrogen suppressor not a suicide like many think.

Thank you for posting the link. Like an idiot, I took Aromasin during my first cycle based wholly on price. Due to my inexperience with Aromasin, I perceived it as weak. The little research I had done on AI options lead me to also believe it was a suicide.

I read the article and was amazed at how much I of it I actually understood thanks to learning to research first the hard way. Again, thanks for the link. VERY educational and informative.

I wrote spike but technically it is test to e2 ratio. Just for the record Smile
