Real food is the way to go,forget these protein shakes waste of money to many people spend too much cash on this crap.
Optimum Nutrition is my favorite I've tried for straight whey. Their mass gainers are good too, but the tastiest was Russian Bear 5000.
If you want Whey Concentrate there are a lot of very good options.
Oh Yeah! Whey Power- is priced good and a very good concentrate
if taste and quality are important-
AllMax has their Whey Gold, its affordable and taste good
Mutant has Pro 100, its very good, and a good whey concentrate at a good price
there is a lot of options that are quality and affordable. But read the labels. Don't buy a 35g scoop with only 20g of protein and 9g sugar. Its a waste of money. Buy chocolate milk at least when you get fat off that its expected and you didn't get ripped off.
Ako994Gold Standard is good
I dont use gold standard any longer, read the label, they have replaced protein with protein peptides. When ON was a standalone company they were much better they were bought by a conglomerate of companies.
Has anybody used www.americanpurewhey.com
They have really good prices and according to the ingredient label it seems to be top quality
Hey guys thanks a lot for the advise. I will check out myprotein.com for sure.
dropdzzThe best protien are the slow feed types like phase 8 by muscle tech or hyper grow from I satori .They feed you for much longer periods and have a much better amino profile than whey alone.Isopure though is the only one I know of that is used for medical use.
Isolyze (species nutrition) or isopure. A little pricey but mix's very well and is easy on the digestion in my experience.
Very clean but whey over priced.
wish they would bring it down in cost. Isopure is a bit more affordable the Isolyze. But Isopure is now owned by Glambia who owns BSN so it they try to make it more profitable they may start using peptides like ON does
The best in the game
Isopure...it's not a gainer though. You'll need oats for the carbs.
I think someone below said trutein. I've been using myprotein.com and it's one of the best. 5lbs of whey for 21.22 + sh
I stick to optimum nutrition it's an oldie Goldie bit works for me there are so many out there now who the hell knows what they put in it
StevebI know they're popular and advertise everywhere but that brand is not good.
You are correct!!! read the labels guys. You're buying protein peptides instead of actual grams of full protein chains.
kaufen gefrorenen Truthahn
Ja wohl!
der lokalen Metzger
StevebMass gainers are usually just a bunch of sugar. You can buy sweet potato powder on Amazon and mix it with your protein shakes and it will give you a much better source of carbs.
