Hey everybody, I'd like to start by saying I'm new to the community and I appreciate all the useful information you all provide throughout the site! To get to the point I was recomended this supplement by somebody I really trust and seems to have a lot of knowledge on health an body building and he is in top physical condition. He recomended this to help me get motivated to hit the weights even though
You take it before sleep it is supposed to make you feel awesome the next day. He also suggested it would help me make gains faster due to it's ability to help you reach stage 3 sleep faster (stage 3 or 4 not 100% sure which) where we produce the most GH. Also studies suggest it will help increase GH secretion in stage 3 sleep by 1600%. Now I am not the guy that buys into most supplements that make all kinds of outrageous bogus claims. But since he recomended it to me and the high amount of respect I have for him I'm gonna give it a try. He also told me to be very cautious with this supplement as it can be addicting, and only start with 1/2 the recomended dosage. I ordered some and it should arrive any day now. This is a supplement I can't find much info on as far as personal experiences go, I mean a lot of people talk about how well it helps them sleep but I'm more interested in the boost in motivation as it's an area that I lack in and I can't find much on that and also increase GH production. Theoretically it seems to make sence if you can reach stage 3 sleep faster and be in it longer you should produce more GH but we know what sounds good in theory isn't always the case when applied in real life. With all that being said I would really appreciate any suggestions or reviews from people who have used this products before.
