Inspire Me

So there's been a plethora of crazy cycles, 150lb guys wanting to run gear etc making the cycle pages a ball ache at times recently. To get everyone's brains working, I'm seeking inspiration for my next run.

Stats and prior I hear you say....

6-1, 276lbs this morning around 11-12%bf.

Ran approximately a dozen cycles, used everything I can think of that's commonly available. Diet is sold around 5500-6000kcals per day, increase on cycle. 90% of my nutrition comes from real food rather than supplements. I have a protein shake post workout and casein before bed.

Goal for this is bulk. I'll eat clean but I won't hold back on food for the sake of another couple of % BF. Off season now, I'll carve up excess fat later. When I hit stage, I'm openly a "one trick pony", and that is mass. I'll never have the conditioning some of you guys do so I make up for it in size.

As always I'll train six days per week unless my body needs more time to recover. I believe in high intensity train until you can pick a thing up methodology.

So, some things to consider. 2015 has been a tough year for me. Having had testicular cancer, things like IGF are off limits now. I also don't want to go crazy with doses and I want to ENJOY this cycle. Typically I'd do this along the lines of sust / deca / drol, but I'm open to input here.

No wrong answers, like I said, inspire me! Do your worst.

going to give you my cycle but toned down a little. 16 weeks long

npp kick start to the decca@100 mg a day 1-5 weeks decca should be peaking then

sust 1-16 @150mg a day
decca 1-14 @800mg a week
equipoise 1-16 800mg a week

provi 100 a day

i asked purely because of the way everyone is posting running deca two weeks less than test..... when blast/cruising that protocol no longer needs to be taken due to slipping back into cruise/TRT mode we have no need nor ever can fully re-boot... so the deca pull out is pointless and we may as well have the full benefit of massive plasma build up just like we do with the test.

Forgive me and set me straight if the reason for the postings is because of young eyes reading the thread or not..... all i am doing is pointing out to the TRT guys that blasting with multi compounds is slightly different than cycling and re-boot tactics are not necessary.

lol my little cousin constantly destroys my his labtop, my aunts, and my grandparents pc and labtop downloading shit. And my grandpa wonders why his computers to slow to stream the NFL sunday ticket lol. My kids will have their own comp and mine will be offlimits and if they break theres they can deal with it taking 3 minutes to load a page and not me hah.

This clearly isnt your first rodeo, and Im a big believer in "dont fix it if it aint broke". If Sust, Drol, and Deca has worked for you in the past...why deviate? Maybe you try DBol over Drol this time, but Im sure youve done that before and have more success with Drol?

Youre a big boy and are trying to get bigger....not concerned with bloat or a few extra pounds..Mass Monster. Sustanon, Deca, Drol is a pretty solid recipe for that. Stick to it IMO. Maybe up the dosage, finish with Drol instead of start, pulse the Drol 2 weeks on/off, maybe do the trick of hitting Sust everyday for 2 weeks, then tapering back for the remainder of the cycle.....IF you havent already tried that. Point being with your experience I think its more about tailoring and modifying what has already proven to be a good recipe. Youre 276 lbs at 10%BF, you already know what works Smile

True, but others have different ways of doings things and in interested to see them - Don't be shy!!!!. Geography tends to influence this too. Vike and I tend to build cycles in similar ways due to moving in similar circles in the U.K.

if i was running that much test i would double the provi dose..... and for a person like Cat i would say minimum 20wk blast due to his TRT cruise.

Deca can also be ran the same length due to not being a normal cycle/pct............ but blast/cruise protocol.

Also i see in is post the word "show".... to me that means he would be looking at being ON full blast for at least 40 weeks out of a year to encompass both the bulk and cut phases...... granted he is only playing around with this post because anyone with a comp in mind would be fully dialled in at this stage lol Smile

I'm am on TRT now. Combination of a couple of harsh comp prep cycles and the surgeons scalpel unfortunately made it inevitable.
