Did you guys catch the viking shake before he took it down. It was real close to what I was already making so I knew I was on the right track. Shit is good for about 60 G protein and 1500 cals (my version atleast).
HE had 2 shakes.
One was a can of tuna with some type of diet soda. I actually like a can of tuna with 2 cans v8, a little mustard and worcestershire sauce.
His other shake was something like:
500ml whole milk
2 tbsp almond butter
2 scoops protein powder
100g steel cut oats
I think he added berries(I do at least)
then eat 1 banana while chugging
You posted while I was lol. I do berries too if I have a fruity protein. I like a banana in my chocolate shake though.
yea, I think vike also added the 1 egg into it as well. He hit whey in the morning and casein at night.
I like greek yogurt in mine to sometimes like you have to switch it up. But you have to be careful on which greek yogurt you buy some of it has protein filler to get it to clump up. The real stuff goes through a special extruding process that makes it more expensive.

It's kind of what's what in the fridge and cupboard. Like I said I made some variations, but it goes kinda like this:
2 c whole milk
1 egg
1 c oats
1 c cottage cheese
1 c yogurt (Greeks best but I'm cheap)
1 scoop protein (I use ON serious mass, I believe Vike varied the type of protein based on time of day ie soy, whey, etc)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop natty PB (I typically don't add this, but you could sub out almond butter too)
Handful of ice
Blend vigorously
Like I said it's not exactly his recipe. I've tweaked it for my own taste and wallet. Give it a shot. It's smooth, and I know everyone is like Ewwww cottage cheese, but trust me, it blends up well. Anyone feel free to add anything I forgot.
I love cottage cheese. I just ate a tub of it 20 minutes ago so that was 60 grams of protein.
That is different than the one I read about. The one I remember is a can of Pepsi and two cans of tuna in the blender or something like that. I am gonna give it a shot

Speaking of tuna (I've tried Vike's shake, with the addition of two eggs), how is it everyone always talks about paying 60 something cents for a can, yet the lowest I'll find is 94 cents on Amazon of all places?
I bought it at sams club, they are like 12 in a pack. BTW if you do want to use two can make sure you add more pepsi. It gets way too thick otherwise.
Yes, yes it does. I use a coke zero, and if it is still to thick I just add water until it's easy enough to drink. I actually haven't done a tuna shake in a while because I usually eat it before I actually end up setting the damn blender up (I love tuna, don't hate).
Same here. I love tuna but I hate pop. I also did the tuna shake with clamato juice and that is really good. Add some vodka and it would make a damn good mixed drink.

The only problem I see is that the trouble makers/idiots/dumbasses are everywhere. There are only a handful of people on here that I will even ask for advice from. I look at all the stickys and half of the people that wrote up all that important info are sporting ban tags. And that's after vike took all his stuff down.

I remember those days too. The more advanced members are either falling off slowly , or commenting less and less due to all the shenanigans and drama, guys who helped build the site have left due to the trolls, the retarded forum posts , repeating the same simple shit over and over because people are too lazy to hit the eyeglass up top and research, too much comedy at times, too many guys breaking the rules for their own benefit the list is long. Hopefully things start to get back to what its supposed to be.
I'm trying to come back and post more but the level of insanity is still quite high. SI pages are still a mess; A lot of the original crew either packed up and left or they were found out to be thieves or snitches. It makes it tough but I talk to some of you guys on a daily if not weekly basis so I can't just leave entirely. We have to make ourselves strong 1st and try our hardest to not feed the trolls; not answer the questions that can be found in one second with searching; and bring ourselves back where we were. It starts with you (us) Call out the horseshit and commend the good shit.

what do you know about decca and Eq together ? before Viking left he and I was talking and he was telling be that the eq enhances the decca as far as lubrication for joints go any knowledge of this?
RustyhookerNo clue. Only ran tren a for 19 nor. First 10 weeks waiting for eq to come alive will be running sust and npp. Week 12 lower the test to dry out or maybe keep bulking. 750/750/400/400. Whole new view from my drier cycles.

Agreed. For some reason Sust just isn't that popular anymore. My first few cycles were with Sust, switched it up for a while and then realized how much I miss it. Also, my go to test.
I think it's brcause people started really paying attention to the stability of their bloods. They don't realize they're missing out on the compounding effect of the deca ester.
Probably! And it's hard to dispute the science behind it but you know what's crazy, before I started worrying about that and of course my estro/prolactin levels I felt so much better on cycle and got better gains "back in the day". I'm sure it's a combination of age and product quality (although I do have a bunch of pharma) but I never had any issues and I did some crazy stuff which I won't elaborate on for fear of giving any Newbs ideas.
Makes me wonder if we overthink things these days. Just a thought.

I totally agree. Kind of goes back to the anabolic threshold theory. Don't worry about timing out your doses, just take them (within reason obviously) and achieve higher peak plasma levels.
That's the way I role with all my cycles. If I think to much my brain hurts and I could have been doing something else
I still havent ran sust but its def gonna be my test base for my next bulker. I been reading alot about how esters effect the behavior of the drug and based off that reserach it seems that sust could actually add more muscle then using anyone ester alone. Shorts reach higher peak plasma levels then longs, longs cause more nitrogen retention then shorts. Theres a ton more to it but thats just the basics. Sust having many different could really produce better gains then using a single ester. Im gonna write a post about all of it and how different esters effect the drug once i understand it more myself.
sust and decca for me is a great bulker no better imo for putting on pure mass.. my key was I would run sust ED decca twice a week my bloods was more stable.. that's my bulker right there if im not worried about adding a little fat. if I want a little leaner cycle sust eod and prop on the end between days no decca run npp
Next winter I'm gonna run probaby 250mg of sust eod with some amount of deca eod. Or maybe a mix of npp and deca eod. Hmmm, will see. And then 4 weeks on 4 weeks off or 2 on 2 off alternating between dbol and anadrol. With quality food and hard fucking training you wont find a much better cycle to add size. Im already looking forward to it and I havent even finished this bulking season haha.
skip the anadrol run dbol if your doing a big bulker I just got better results
I feel the opposite. I really only get that anabolic well being from Dbol. No crazy strength or bloating. Now some deca and drol is my shit right there. Plus I like the longer half life of the drol. Pop one in the am then one about an hour PWO with some TNE. Muhfuggers stay out my way in the gym.

when I would run it I would run 250mg sust eod then use 50 mg prop on the in between days and run that all the way out wit provi at 100mg
