Arimidex not stopping gyno

I'm week 10 of 12 on my 2nd Test E cycle.
Running 500mg of Test E per week
AI is Arimidex and I've had to bump it up to .5mg ED but its still not working.
I formed a small lump and its been getting bigger even on .5mg ED.
I have Nolva on hand as well but I haven't started running it yet.
Should I up the Arimidex or add in a nolva/Arimidex to try suppress any further growth?

Aromasin(Exemestane) has gotten rid of any lumps I ever had.I've never tried Arimidex.
Definitely start Nolva immediately and run it until the lump is gone + a few more days for safety.
The only way to know for sure about a.i. is to run bloods, its pointless to speculate if its bunk or not. Run the bloods to see where you are.
Try whit femara\letrazolo. It's a gyno-killer

Can you get blood work done? You could have bunk adex but no way of knowing what your E2 levels are without bloods.
This should be his biggest concern

I think you are right on that referral. Pretty much anywhere not the US is a pain. Do you have any other signs of high estro? Like being bloated, headaches, high bp. If I was you and getting gyno I would do 2 things at least. First order some new AIs from a dif source. Get some Letro and read up on it. That Adex is not going to reverse any gyno that has formed. Then I would increase the dosage on the AI I had. For me personally I run .25mg e3d for 500mg a week of test so at the doses you are at I would crash my estrogen pretty hard but I think it is better the crash estrogen then get gyno.
Also use the magnifying glass up top to search for gyno remedies.
Zero signs, no bloat/headaches or high bp (Checked). I feel fairly dry.
Its just gyno in one nipple, others perfectly clear.
I ran letro last cycle when I had a bit of gyno, fucking hated the stuff and wanted to avoid using again. Made me so depressed and killed all my sex drive/motivation.
AnonTry and find some raloxifene, shit cleared up a lump under my nipple in a few weeks. Try and find pharma grade if you can.
