Panic Attacks - Post Tren Cycle

ad

Hi all,

I finished a Test E (400mg P/W) and Tren E (500mg P/W) cycle of 16 weeks (Slightly longer than average)
I'm 4 weeks since last injection and for the past 3 weeks been having severe panic attacks, they are the full works of light headed, dizzy, tight chest and feeling of difficulty breathing.

Been to the emergency room and my heart is fine, been to the Dr and on light Valium to subside them but that isn't a fix.

I got 3 days into my PCT and taking Nolva/Clomid or just Nolva worsened my attacks to the point of me shaking and hyperventilating.

This is my 5th cycle, 2nd with Tren E and never had anything like this.

Has anyone had this before, is it common from Tren E or just my body panicking over having some form of heart issues?

Thanks in advanced

I had this happen and bloodwork came back with low testosterone. My body never turned itself back on. It took over a year for me to get back to feeling decent and that was with help from a endocrinologist that knew what I done. A lot of clomid later and weining off trt I finally came back but still not nowhere near where I was before I messed with tren. Good luck. I would get bloodwork done asap and go to a specialist if you want to have a better sense of life, unless your numbers are good then I wouldn't know what advice to give.

gear probably isn't the root of the problem its probably making things worse. take a step back and work out what could be causing the problem

Presuming you're still completing PCT? Presuming your doc is watching your body/bloods? Presuming the valium is helping the panic/anxiety attacks?....

I doubt it is the tren specifically causing the issue, but who knows. Hormone fluctuations and PCT meds can cause extreme reactions. Tren can exacerbate underlying issues and can cause issues wrt anxiety (panic attacks being a severe escalation of that of course).

I suggest you try this (presuming you are still under your doctor's care)... Get this on your mobile, do it twice daily. Take 10 is free. Listen to the same ep each day, twice. That is; on day one, do day 1 twice a day, day two; listen to it twice on day two.... and so on

This absolutely will help with anxiety/panic related issues. But you might want to explore CBT Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. If you cannot learn breathing exercises and meditation to help sort your issue, CBT is a great next step should your doc not uncover a physical issue causing the anxiety. If you do go that route, chose a CBT expert that is accredited and who speialises in anxiety/panic and not a generalist or unaccredited practitioner.

Tren is known for causing some anxiety issues. I had some of the same effects and my prolactin was high. Like the guys said before just breathe and know it's all up stairs. Calm yourself down. Blood work is a must. Anxiety sucks! Good luck.

tren sure does some weird shit.

Have you gotten a full blood work up. The reason I ask is it sounds like possibly you might have a chemical imbalance happening. Im not very educated on tren but I do suffer from severe anxiety and I don't have a chemical imbalance happening but it is something that my doctor checked for.

Any prior drug use like mdma or meth?
Don't be ashamed of it but it can cause a problem with your serotonin levels which when going through a tough pct with your hormones all over the place is a possibility of what might be happening. There are other things that can cause chem imbalances.

I would say to be completely honest with your doctor about everything. You have patient doctor confidentiality so don't worry about what you tell him.

Good luck wish you the best

Glad to hear the heart is good! I cant speak to tren having never used it but how is everything else in life? Excess stress? Perhaps a combination of the tren and outside influences? Have you found anyway to relief the anxiety. I tell people to go for a walk or at least do something to change the direction your mind is in. Play a video game. Something to distract yourself. Easier said than done I know. Just remember to breathe slowly. Good luck

Absolutely, breathe and remember it's not real, it's all in your head.
I'd examine outside influences the way jay said. Sometimes there are things we haven't even admitted to ourselves we don't like, that can be drastically affecting us mentally.
Tren is a hell of a drug. Try yoga? Maybe up your LISS cardio? Or lower it if you think you're overtaxing your system as is. I've had bouts of the same about ten years ago and it turned out I was just missing my hometown, but it felt like I was gonna die.

Thanks for the replies guys,

I had a bad heart burn and acid reflex which as you know mimics heart pain issues and symptoms, even though thats stopped I think the anxiety of pain from that, in my heart area mixed with my worry about steroids on my heart (Rich Piana just dying etc.) caused it.

I guess I need to know my hearts okay, maybe some bloods and any other tests.
I'm off my cycle and into pct, so hopefully it subsides!

Ah I haven't updated in ages, I'm around 82kg and about 9% bf or so.
I don't have caber, I thought it may be high prolactin?
