Naps communication is always spot on. He answers all my PMs in a timely fashion, and I never am left guessing what to do or what to expect. This has proven to be my favorite source to deal with based on ease of transaction, price and results. Kudos all around.
This order, 2 weeks from the day I confirmed my order and made donation til the day I had the product in my hands. The packaging is pretty basic, but that being said, doesn't arouse suspicion in any way, its just a basic delivery in the eyes of the world.
The amps came well protected, in the original boxes and everything. This is important when ordering pharma grade from a source, as these amps are very often counterfeited. No doubt in my mind these are legit, and the price on the 50 pack is half of what I found on the streets.

None was needed on this order. I have had to contact them before and they have had a decent response time. Also very knowledgeable about products.
For over seas it's the best I've ever seen. They give you trackers a day or 2 after pak ships. It always hits the states in a few days. After that it's out of their hands. Always gets here in 10-15 days.
This will be my main non-domestic source. Always. I've never had a bad experience with them or their products.

-1First of all, I apologize to many members here who might disagree with me about the negative review on source but the truth and the uglies need to be heard too. So the customers are more protected and be ware of..
As a one of the unlucky ones, I got my package seized by the customs in my country. And my country wasn't listed under the "no reship policy". In case something like this would happen and I just wanted to get stocked up for the rainy days, I made the orders from two other sources. One made it through without
any issues and the other source, the orals arrive safe but 5 vials of Test E was held at the customs about the same time as package from Naps were seized. The other source sent me an apology mail and asked me if they can resend me a different product in more discreet packing plus 20ml(appox 2vials) more, I was pleased with their service and showed they care and appreciate the business from the customers. With Naps, all I got was a short message saying "we don't reship to your country, I'm sorry". Basically it sounded
like FU and the problem is yours, we're not responsible. With all that high reviews and rating on Eroid, I was disappointed how they dealt with the problem and definitely their service and professionalism do not match up with their ratings. As I'm not the only person who lost money and made an effort to make a trip to WU with pain in the ass procedure to make donations, don't care attitude is a horrible service.

+ 1First and foremost in my mind is that Naps is a professional organization. I never feel like I am doing business with someone who cooks in his garage. Naps has been around for years and I would suggest based on their service and gear that they will be around for years to come.

Communication is always professional, friendly, and timely. Support? I have never needed to use their support because they get the order right the first time.
Turn around was right at 9 days which coming from across the pond is right in the pocket. Packaging was firm and discreet.
I like the way these cats operate, easy transactions good communication and great gear.
I ordered some PCT items and Anavar from Naps and was overall impressed with the process. I ordered from them at the time based off reviews and their longevity in the business. While I am not always a big fan of international ordering I like to take as little chance as possible with PCT for obvious reasons. I felt that ordering from and established lab greatly reduced my odds of getting subpar gear and I was right in this case.

There was no need for any communication as everything was well laid out on their site and my order status was kept up to date. They seem to have a nice layout in terms of staffing and support but fortunately I had no need to use it.
For an international shipment the T/A was fast. Received the products in just under two weeks and the packaging was very discrete as expected.
I would not hesitate to order from Naps in the future. It is worth waiting a little longer to get products that are pharma grade. While it is possible to get this domestically recent shakeups have shown me that it may be the prudent thing to stick with someone that has a long proven track record like Naps and stop looking for the next big thing.
I have ordered four times from Naps. The last order was nothing different from the rest. I paid for my order, then I received my order. I did not use the last gear that I ordered yet however, my mother did use it. That is right! I ordered gear for my mother. She was looking into buying HGH, and was telling me all these crazy ass prices, so I informed her about Naps. I told her I have received every item that I had paid for, and I would order her HGH from Naps. I ordered it, paid for it, and received it.

Communication has always been top notch, whether it was direct PM to Naps on here or the Live support they offer on there website, both were always very quick to reply.
My order had shipped in two shipments. First shipment arrived in about 9 days, the other was in customs within 4 days of ordering, but sat there for about two weeks(during the holiday season), then it arrive totally fine. The packages themselves were multiple layers thick, you need almost a tool kit just to get in them, which is exactly how I like to receive packages of this kind.
I really like how Naps offer promos frequently as well as the Product of the Week is great since if you just wait around most of your staple products like Test C or Test E will end up half off. And the picture contest are always very educational.

If you have a question or concern they have live help. A better option I've found is making a help ticket. Then take your ticket number and PM it to the site rep here. He is on top of his game. He'll handle it.
For international shipping it's fast as hell. They provide trackers. Usually pack hits the states in 1-5 days of being shipped. That's awesome. After that it's not on naps. It's on the postal service. I normally receive my orders in no more than 13 days.
These guys aren't your big homie selling outta mamas house. Or that dude at the gym that knows a guy. They are a business. I've found service from them to be 2nd to none. The best thing IMO is their reship policy. I've had to use it twice. Gear didn't make it. I contacted them. They verified. They reshipped. That simple. Thanks naps.

His pharma caber is all I use for when I run tren.he is sometimes as fast as domestic and always handles business like a business man. T/A was within 2 weeks after order was placed. Package was well protected and secure.
I am a true believer in Anavar. My results are from only a short 10 week cycle. I recommend anyone wanting to use Anavar to look into GP Var by Naps.

BluacidI did a TON of research before deciding on where to order my HGH. I never could decide on generic or brand name. I figured I could get almost 3x the HGH and napsgear.org has the name to back it up. Ive never heard of naps selling anything bunk.
So I decided to roll with naps

Couldn't decide on these or the yellow tops. After reading quite a bit on HGH it seems there isn't too much of a difference as long as you trust your supplier. Well I definitely trust my supplier so I went with the cheaper ones.
Spot on. What site basically has 24/7 web customer service that can answer any ? for you any time you want. Like ZERO percent. Once package was sent I immediately got a tracking #. Doesn't get any better.

This was WOW. Date from ordered to my door step (I am in America) was TEN days.

This review is for Naps last big promo last year. I'm a TRT guy so I ordered 5 GP Test Cyp. The supply lasted me quite a while and I'm just finishing up with them so here's my review.
