There was no real need for communication or support. If you're not a dumb ass and follow his instructions exactly as they are given then there should't be anything to discuss. I've never had a problem with anything on his end before just do exactly as instructed then sit back and be patient until the product arrives. Sometimes it takes a little longer than expected but emailing him bitching and complaining about it probably wont do you any good.
This was a fairly big order so I was definitely concerned a little bit with how it would be packaged. When it showed up i thought there was no way that the entire order was there and thought he might have split it up into two separate shipments. Then when i opened everything up i was shocked to see that it was all there and was just packaged very tight and discreetly. This was also probably one of the fastest orders ive had with him and it only took a little over 2 weeks to get to me.

My 3rd order Sust. 270 bottles were broke, 7 out of 12 bottles. I was asked to submit a picture, I did, and within a few days my re-ship was approved, no questions asked.
If your looking for the best, give them a shot. I will always use Naps if I have the time to wait, I see a lot of domestic are blowing up on here, and maybe rightfully so, and I will of try them, but if your looking for a safe, best, smoothest bet, cant go wrong with Naps!

The service team at Naps is phenomenal. Everything from my order came in within three weeks with the exception of the melanotan 2 and the glucophage, these items took a little bit longer, so when I emailed Naps about the shipping delays on these items they responded very quickly and assured me that everything should be in soon. And sure enough it was in later that week.
Packaging was discrete and well packaged so no items were damaged.
Naps is the best hands down.

-2After writing good reviews for Naps previously, everything I said was true and accurate except for one thing I noticed and to me and more than likely others too.
I hope I didn't speak too soon about Napsgear being 100% reliable. I tried to P.M. Naps and get ahold of customer service about this to discuss it to make sure but there was no response.
I was just now looking at the back of the labels on the 2 Dragon Pharma Deca that I had baught and the words Nandralone Decanoate were seriously misspelled and I was always told that misspellings on labels was one way of determining if the gear is fake.Is there more than one way of spelling Nandralone Decanoate? I hope I'm not getting paranoid for nothing but its not even just 1 letter misspelled, It was way off. It was spelled "Nandrolone Decaonate". Almost as a 8 year old wrote the labels. If there is some kind of explanation and I am wrong then I owe Naps a huge apology in front of the whole Eroids world. If it is fake like I think it probly is then I think Naps should replace it with something that is real.I have gotten some good gains with this cycle but I am also taking other stuff as well. Lot # didn't check out either as being legit. Will I order from Naps again after I found this out? Probly not. I'm very disappointed cause I thaught they were 100% reliable and they told me they don't sell anything that hasn't been tested. I only want what I paid for. Nothing more,nothing less.

The products are legit and this website is absolutely reliable because I have gained 13kg and lost fat with the gears I bought from this website.
The good thing is that the products always were sent quickly, i always got the items within 10days after I paid the money.

I mentioned before about how skeptical I was about Vermodje gear because of some reviews about Vermodje that were less than favorable. Fake, bullsh^t reviews but I was dumb enough to believe them at first. Do not worry if you order Vermodje. They are just as good if not better than most all others.Strength increases with every workout ,fuller muscle, lowered bodyfat, veigns popping out in even my legs and my shoulders and chest are looking more and more like a road map. Sex drive is much higher but I don't think anybody wants to hear about that. Vermodje kicks ass. I would and am going to order more very soon.
I didn't write a review about the British Dispensery D-Bol I ordered.(THE BEST I EVER HAD!!!!) That is some excellent,grade A D-Bol. I've had quite a bit of different D-Bol from different labs but British Dispensery is the best I had and even at lower doses than normal.
I'm always trying to out do myself with each workout compared to the day before. always trying to push myself to the extreme. Muscle is definitely much fuller (a little water) much more energy,shorter and shorter recovery time at the same time lifting more and more weight.
5/5 without a doubt. I cant wait until they get more in stock. My only regret is that I didn't order more last time. Only Naps will pull through for you like this. I love Naps. They are my new best friends,they just don't know it.

+ 1Finally we started our first year bulking cycle part so we took our great stack that always work with Andromix, Oxandrolone, Clembuterol and T3, as simple as that for 8 weeks. 2cc EOD of the first compund, with 50mg of Oxa and three 1cc injection of clembutelol with up&down pyramid of T3. What can I say? The results are awesome. We have always trusted in NapsGear and again it has worked smoothly. Definition and Hardness, and 0 side effects with the appropiate post-cycle with Clomid, Anastrozole and HGC.
Will repeat again in some months!

I am writing this review in regards to Naps customer support.
Shortly after my order was placed, I made the "donation" following the precise instructions given, as well as submitting the information via their payment portal.
The day following the submission of the "donation" it was picked up by the intended receiver, however Naps failed to update my status and somehow a second attempt was made to pick up the same "donation".
Upon failing to do so the second time, seeing as how it had already been collected, I then received an email notifying me my order has been cancelled due to the "donation" being unable to be picked up.
I sent an inquiry to the Customer Support via Nap's site, to which I received a response admitting that a mistake was made and that I would receive and update once the issue was sorted. I also sent a PM via this website. However I have yet to receive any sort of sufficient response addressing the matter, despite having failed to gain a response on my first attempt I tried once more, which to fell short.
I have placed orders with this source before, and many others. Never, not once have I ever had an issue with any aspect of the process. Hopefully I will hear something eventually and this can get sorted, in the mean time my patience has worn thin, therefore I'm leaving this review.

Very sporadic and insufficient to say the least.
This is my first order with Naps. Took about 3 weeks to receive my stuff but finally did at the end. Ran Deca 300mg a week with Test E 400mg a week, gains went up quick both strength and weight with definition. Gained 20lbs in a month.

Communication is always on point. I did have a few issues with my payment at first, but the support rep at Naps was able to tell me what the problem was and I was able get the payment corrected for them. I've also used the online chat and these guys seem to be available almost anytime of the day.
Packages have always arrived within 3-4 weeks of ordering, usually due to the time is customs. Naps does provide tracking numbers so you can basically watch your gear as it makes its way to you. The packaging is always discreet and wrapped\protected on the inside.
Already placed another order with Naps. I'm a naps customer for life...I'll take their GP gear over anything because I KNOW it works!

Out of around 15 orders, the only problem i have ever encountered was they forgot to send one Test e bottle. That order had around 30 vials, so i can understand one being forgotten. They sent me another bottle asap.

Ok this review like every other review for naps is a positive one. Its for the blue top HIGH. This was my first time running HIGH and I was very impressed. I started it with my Pct after a 16wk e.q. and sust. Cycle and actually didnt loose a single pound during or aftwr my pct.

Man where do I start...Ok over the course of 4 years I have done business in excess of $15,000, I've received all my packages on time. I have also had two packages seized, one for $900 and another for $500. Both were replaced at Naps cost. Who does business like that?!
I have used everything from; Win, Anavar, Turin, Dbol, Proviron, MHN, Clomid, Nolva, Exemestane(which I love), Deca, NPP, Eq, Prop, Cyp, Enan, Sust, Mast, Win Inj, Hcg, and last but the greatest Hgh(Hygetrophin). I have used many types of Hgh at higher doses, but I feel that Hygetrophin is by far the best! I started at 4iu a day, but after a few weeks, I felt that my fists and forearms were going to explode(which is a sign that is legit). I had to go down to 3iu, two bottles a week, off sunday. This stuff is so good, that I feel as though I can grip and crush anything with my hands!
Shipping has always been on time here in the states, like stated above.
