Says in multiple places on their site "We ship all orders within 1-2 days of ***** being picked up. Please allow 1-2 days to process your order (excluding Sundays). As you can see, took nearly 9. First order with them and seriously disappointed. Wont order again or recommend.

I did have a small issue with this order in that I have yet to receive my HCG after 6 weeks. I sent a message and received a reply within a few hours. I was told that they are experiencing delays in shipping from India because of the massive FDA controls at the post offices. I'm sure this issue will be resolved and I will update you as soon as I receive them.
Packaging is discreet and very well protected from any possible damage in shipping. I have not had anything arrive broken or mangled.

Any time i had a question about anything , they were helpful in making sure that everything went thru smoothly. I never had any real problems arise , but i know they were there to help if they happened to .
The t/a times were within 10 to 12 days. For going across the pond those times are not bad . I had domestics that take the same amount of time.
The packing is always done with as much care as possible . Never had aby broken packages, or merchandise.
I would recomend you try naps at least once , not just for the good service and great deals , but the gear also. I had never seen gear that looked this good ,with it mostly all being clear , i was sceptical, but after my cycles and uses, i was sold on it. Naps is deffinately a reputable src on here and will be around for sometime .

Hardly needed the support! I did contact them about something missing but then I realized it was packaged so good that I found it in the package rolled up like a cigarettes. They still contacted me and showed me that they placed it in the package. Amazing service all the way through the process!
When packaged arrived it was very discreet and packaged extremely well!! All my products came in perfectly and packages carefully. It took about 12 days for it to get here and for me that's great time! A++++ in my book and they got a customer for life!

+ 2This is a thorough review of napsgear.org. I will document, my experience with them in as much detail as possible. I've ordered through naps numerous times. Usually I will split up the order between myself, and my gym friends as we are all EXTREMELY pleased with the service that they provide. I've tried a handful of their products, and have received nothing but clean, top quality gear. Naps is one of the elite sources in the world, and they are one of the only sources that I trust. I would, and do, recommend them to family, friends, acquaintances, associates, gym contacts, or anybody else that is looking for a reliable, trustworthy anabolic provider. I have even saved my grandfather money for his ED pills. These guys are great, I give them an A+++ They definitely aim to please, and it is very apparent that they aren't trying to scam anybody. They are honest businessmen, and it's no doubt that they rely heavily on repeat customers.

This company provided me with exceptional support, and their communication was prompt, effective, and unlike some other European sources, they were legible, and I could understand what they were saying. I say this because there is a language discrepancy at times, as English may not be their first or primary language. They always got back to me within a few hours. If I had any questions they were answered. They even provided me with a tracking number for my package, which most other international sources do not provide. Even after the package arrived, on several occasions, I received a PM asking whether I was happy with the transaction, and the quality of the gear.
The packaging was very tight. It was done in a manner where the bottles could not be broken, and in as small, and discreet a package as possible. Turn around time varies depending on customs, time of year, and amount of packages traveling in the same route, but on average, I receive my order within 2 weeks from the time I send the Western Union payment.
I'm just very pleased, happy, and excited to have found a good reliable source. I hope these guys don't go anywhere! I have no problem waiting a little longer than domestic sources, as I always plan far ahead, it just gives me that ease of mind where I know what I get will be legit, and if something were to happen, I know that they would reship as well. It didn't happen to me, but to a good friend. He had a $1000+ order get seized. He provided the seizure letter to Naps, and they sent out a duplicate order. No hassle, no long wait, nothing. Plus their products are quite affordable. They are in the top spot for a reason. I apologize if this review was long and drawn out, I just want to give these guys the respect and props that I feel they deserve.
I was first introduced to Naps through a buddy of mine a few years ago... long before I ever heard about eroids. Ever since my first order, I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of their gear. For as long as I can remember, they have always had a nice selection of products, but between then and now it has grown substantially. It has become a one stop shop for peptides, hgh, aas, ancillaries, and a ton of other stuff. Not to mention, no one does a promo like naps. The generosity they've display is unmatched. Last year they sent out 200 Geneza Anavar to anyone who had a 30+ karma I believe... yes anavar... that stuff isn't cheap and lord knows how much was spent on that promo. I give credit to all the other sources for promoting their gear, but most promotions only provide you with a weeks worth of gear and then they want a review which is only right, but seriously, who knows for real if an injectable is good after a week unless its a short ester. Anyways, I have been genuinely impressed with everything I have received and all transactions. I HIGHLY recommend trying them out!!!!

Napsgear is my go to for quality products at great service and prices. I have ordered many times from them and have not been let down yet. Products are delivered in the time frame they advertise and are always well packaged and clean. I ordered proviron and caber and they were both pharmacy and pharma grade.
The proviron kicked in days and kept me and the boys going strong during a recent deca cycle along with caber which did it's job perfectly for 16 weeks. I continued the caber post deca to cover the half life decay.
These guys are top notch and they keep their word. I will continue to order from them and recommend them to anybody.

Here's my current problem with Naps: I looked at many sources before choosing them and wanted to stay Top 10 (based up fellow eroid'er feedback). I only chose Naps, as they had all three items that I needed "in stock". Others had the items, but few had them readily available.
Paid, rec'd all good (all happened in fast 3 days from payment)
8 days later I get "Not in stock" notification. Clomid in stock, but Nolvadex 20 mg and Arimidex (Anastrozole) are not in...
I can't get a response from Naps...give up and move to another source?

Communication is always good. Naps responds within 24 hours, but usually right away during weekdays.
Delivery is quick from overseas, it usually takes about a week and a half to two weeks. The packages are secured and firmly wrapped, I haven't had anything delivered broken yet.

About 9 days for this pack but again they are overseas so as long as I get it within the 2-3 weeks they tell you I'm happy I've had packs land in 5-6 days before so it honestly depends on the postal service never had an issue ever had a pack get reshipped no charge and when the other pack came I asked if he wanted it sent back and he said no keep it. The packing makes it very difficult to tell what's inside took me a while to open but hey never had a broken vial or crushed or broken tabs everything is always perfectly in tact
