Diet advise from the gorgeous woman of Eroids needed.

ad

So my girlfriend is trying to lose some unwanted body fat. I have been there through this whole process from the beginning and have tried several diets with success and she has lost 40-50 pounds so far. She is 32 y/o 5` 6" and is weighing in at about 196 right now with a high body fat percentage. The problem I am having is every diet I try and put her on she just can't eat enough to keep up. When we are talking about manipulating the carbs and trying to get in enough protein at six meals a day is over the top. I can't even get her to eat 1 gram of protein for her body weight. Even that is too much over 6 meals. I have brought up a carb cycling diet and a few others I found on here but one we actually figure up her macro nutrients needed and divide the the food up into five or six meals she looks at it and says there is no way. Need done advise on a diet plan that would help her cut weight but isn't demanding on how much you eat. Any suggestions?

I would suggest she get the my fitness pal application. It will help her keep track of her diet and her calories. She should also do measurements and calibrations. She will have to adjust her diet as needed. She wants to be lose fat and not muscle. With proper diet she will lose fat fast especially if her bf is high. I had to restart in January when I gained some weight back. I was 170 in January and now I'm 150. I obviously workout too but honestly I truly think diet is key and working out helps a lot too.

Iron Blonde suggested what I was thinking ... add straight protein shakes in there... ie a scoop (or two) of ON whey protein isolate in cold water.. you can mix it with a spoon.. another suggestion is to quit counting macros and calories.. eat clean, get rid of rice, pasta, potatoes, all simple carbs need to go, NO SUGAR... cook with MCTs .. use olive oil and vinegar on salads.. use her clothing and the mirror to tell you if you are going in the right direction. At the first sign of a plateau change something, change the training, change the diet.

Brotha at that weight you might be concentrating too much on specifics(no disrespect intended at all). I used a keto diet to lose a lot of fat but it def isn't for everyone. IMO have her concentrate on eating all clean whole foods before you get to counting specifics. Stay away from sugars and saturated fats. Concentrate on not cheating except 1 meal every two weeks at the beginning. Eat multiple small meals but no need to have to count everything. With a good exercise program if she adheres to this she will still get good results. After another 25-30 pounds then you can get more macro focused
