25 diagnosed trt

ad

I posted something similar on the aas side and didn't realize this trt section.

I am 25 and have been experiencing low sex drive, fatigue, etc. I went in and talked to my doc and after running bloods and discussing prior aas usage (3-4 full 12 week cycles of test and deca) she prescribed me a trt of 125mg of test cyp monthly to start off with, she said if I feel "sluggish or decreased sex drive" I could at the most try 125mg every two weeks and check my bloods every 3-4 months. I would provide test results however they went straight to docs and I don't have access, they did say my test level was around 189, if I remember correctly they said something like 300 was normal.

I would like to retain my prescription and routine check ups to keep my blast and cruise monitored, should I be upfront about my intentions or try and time out my blood tests to fall back in normal ranges ?

I am new to trt and blast/cruise and just looking for the more knowledgeable folks to help out. I was planning somewhere in between 150mg -200mg weekly in one dose and to blast somewhere around 500mg weekly in two doses with a possibility of a low deca dosage (100mg?) or another aas in the blast period.

If I remember right test cyp has a 10 day half life, so that means if I hop off a blast of test cyp only blast I would need to go back trt two weeks out??

Thanks guys, I want to get this right and make sure everything is monitored and I am receiving optimal results

Did you PCT with any of those cycles?

Why not try one more full PCT before resorting to TRT?

You should definitely PCT again. You might be able to reset your HPTA. Worst case scenario it just delays TRT for a month. Best case, you get to avoid it!

If you want a source for pharma grade, send me a FR and PM me.

and get ready for her to drop your dosage or prescribe you clomid or nolva. You just started your treatment and already want to "fool" your doc. Don't be stupid.

I know this is off the wall; but go with your doctor suggested. One size does not fit all in this area. Try her suggestion 1st; or else you risk her cutting you off completely when she sees you are higher then normal. What she is trying to establish is if it works or not. More then likely it won't at such a low dose for so long of a wait. BUT your chances of getting a stronger dose will be higher especially when she sees the highs and lows you will suffer. After 3 months of listening to your doctor you will know what you need to do when she comes back with a higher dose. DON'T up your doses yourself until you have been established. Unless you know the game but I have a feeling you do not. Spend some time in the TRT lounge here and absorb all the information you can before making any decisions please. It's your life you are playing with, not mine or anyone else here. Keep us posted on your progress and be safe!

My doc made me run hcg(back in 2007) for 2 months before putting me on test...he wanted to see if it would jump start my natural test and get a baseline...the from there they boosted my test and want it in the 1100 to 1200 range all the time steady like, while maintaining good lipid, estro, and liver enysme levels....figure out what the docs plan is...so you can properly medicate and not half ass it and get no change...is your diet clean?...if not clean it up, test levels go up!...do u drink? If so dont!..test levels go up...good luck

Your Dr has no clue how Test works. (as most small time Dr.s do. ) they simply read the insert on the RX guide manual and send you out the door.

If you can't find a Dr. that actually knows how HRT works and what "average" levels are than I strongly recommend being upfront with your current Dr. and just present some of your research and desires and see what happens.

300 is still low. It's what 70 year old men have. The range is from 300-1000 and that includes just about every age group. Take the average of 25 year old males and it's closer to 500-600.

A conservative TRT would be 125mg Test per week split into 2 shots.

Most guys cruise at 200mg a week and blast from 500-1000mg. (everyone responds different but your goal for a cruise should be 750-900 test levels: that shouldn't screw up your lipids too bad.)

at 25 my boys were struggling to manufacture as well and wound up on TRT- kinda sucks, but has it's advantages too. I say it's Always good too to try a month or 2 of clomid, HCG and DAA before hitting TRT and see if the problem corrects itself. I haven't been that fortunate but came off the TRT recently after a year to check my natural's again. (not exactly a good a few weeks coming off.)

I've been TRT for a while. What she's doing is trying to simply bring you back into the normal range for functionality purposes. You can't look at it from standpoint of running a cycle. It's now medication for you. 125mg/ month is low but common. They started me off at 200mg/ month which I thought was silly due to the approximate two week half life of cyp. However, by the end of the month there is still exogenous test present to aid in your overall levels. It's simply minimal at best. Just have to remember that she's not trying to blast you up to 4000, but in the normal range for you which l think is approximately 350-1200.

wait what.125 mg monthly.that makes no sense to me at all.I have a friend on trt in low 30s who is on trt and last time i talked to him he was on 250 mg test cyp every 2 weeks

In a promo × 2

That's the dosing that works for him and the poster may likely need to be bumped up as well. But they're going to start him out low to see how he responds and then progress from there.

I hate when doctors try to control things. Those lab results are yours and you should be able to see them. For my regular doctor, they have my lab results where I can see them on-line. But I do not want to tell my doctor about my cycles and time them so my blood work is back to normal when I see my doc.

If you want to know what your hormomes and body is doing while cycling, go to PrivateMDLabs.com and get your labs done through them. No referral needed but it will cost you and you cannot claim it on insurance. Do the "Hormone Panel for Females". Yes, terrible name but it can be used by both males and females (I wish they would change the name). It gives you everything you need to know what is happening before, during, and after your cycle:

Estradiol, serum; Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH); Luteinizing Hormone (LH); Testosterone, serum;Complete Blood Count (CBC): Hematocrit; hemoglobin; mean corpuscular volume (MCV); mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH); mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC); red cell distribution width (RDW); percentage and absolute differential counts; platelet count; red cell count; white blood cell count; immature granulocytes. Comprehensive Metabolic Profile (CMP): A:G ratio; albumin, serum; alkaline phosphatase, serum; ALT (SGPT); AST (SGOT); bilirubin, total; BUN; BUN:creatinine ratio; calcium, serum; carbon dioxide, total; chloride, serum; creatinine, serum; globulin, total; glucose, serum; potassium, serum; protein, total, serum; sodium, serum.

The lab test is done in a local lab (LabCorp) and you can download the results within a week. The cost of the test is currently $63 (yes all that for $63). You can do a google search and find a 15% off coupon which brings the price to $53. Then YOU have the results, and if you start a cycle or do anything, you can retest and find out what it is doing.

They also do a bunch of other tests which may be useful, but that one gives you what you need right now. It is all legit, works through a national lab test company with offices everywhere, and is pretty damn cheap. I just started using them and was going to cycle but my liver AST is elevated along with my testosterone low (306) and Cholesterol low. All three are signs that I am taking too much statin (cholesterol lowering drug), so I will stop taking it for a month, take some Milk Thistle, and retest to see if it helps before I start a cycle (don't want to start a cycle with an exhausted liver).
