I started watching a new TV series in discovery about one of the top hard core training gyms in detroit.
So far it seems pretty legit.
Have you guys watched it? What did you think of the training ??

OP is banned? LOL, anyway, I did watch it last night. It was semi-interesting. Good in the light of showing professionals that really take keeping their jobs in the likes of the NFL seriously. Lame: the lead guy, he might grow on me over time but he is pretty irritating at first.
I would be curious what some of the pro guys thought of some of the workouts they were doing.
Naa but I'm interested now.
