Reguarding using clen and t3 seperate or stacking. Ive never in my life read more conflicting information, different experiences and different opinions.

Most information you can research on steriod cycles for the most part for your first few cycles vary but not drastically. Clen and t3 on the other hand WOW who knows how to cycle them?

I ordered a large supply of clen and t3 but im not even sure I will use them. TBA

The only constant I have seen is most believe in a ramped 2 week on 2 week off cycle of clen. Sides vary from user to user.

T3 a ramped cycle with a taper but opinions on how long and at what dose vary drastically. My T3 concerns are obviously jacking my thyroid up and loosing hard earned muscle gains. Thus having me thing T3 would only be a good idea while on AAS cycle. It seams guaranteed you will loose weight with T3 but not necessarily bodyfat percentage.

Im 32 yr old 15%bf 185lbs 5'8" and diet exercise lifting is not cutting off the last little bit easily. Thats the only reason im considering clen or t3. Im preparing for my first 12 week 500 test e cycle but I want my body fat down before I begin. All my body fat rests in my love handles for the most part, stomach a little and chest just a touch. Legs are lean arms are lean.

Beast is right, you can achieve a lot with diet and exercise. T3 and clen are really only for athletes wanting to go below 9% bf.

That being said since you've already got a bulk supply I'll tell you how I use the compounds.

T3 start with 25mcg for 4 days then 50mcg for 4 days then 75mcg for 4 days the 100mcg for as long as you deem necessary, I never see the point going past 100mcg as you risk losing muscle. For the coming off t3 do the same as going on but in reverse.

I'm not a fan of clen, as it makes me feel out of place. If I do use it I stick to 80mcg a day. 2 weeks on 2 off. But ramp it up slowly same as the t3 to see your tolerance.

I think that used appropriately they can be beneficial. I have never been partial to T3 because I don't want to mess with my thyroid but clen can help. It definitely increases hear rate, body temp and cals burned but bottom line is, and your going to hear this over an d over, diet and cardio.

Eat clean, low sodium, high pro, low carb and do HIIT at the gym... that will get your to drop some LB's quick
