+ 1 kicker or no experience please

ad

I have my stats posted in a thread below but I will re post the basics. My question is would I benefit from running a 4 week kicker cycle along with a 12 week 500ml test e cycle. dbol or test prop.

The only reason I am interested in a kicker is if it will help me retain some gains after PCT. Im really not interested in just getting big for 12 weeks then loosing the added gains from the 4 week kicker cycle.

So the basic question is: is a 4week kicker cycle advised and will the end result make a difference?

1st cycle
age 32
5'8" 180lbs 14/15% bodyfat
4 years of real lifting/training

To keep as much of your gains as you can after PCT you need to keep your diet in check and keep the workout as intense as you did while on cycle. It's a psychological thing and too many people come off cycle and let these things go by the wayside. Creating helps its a lot of water weight but its a decent transition to off cycle. If done correctly you can keep well over half of your gains.

thing about a kicker is to shave some time off the waiting for the gear to kick in. when you kick with something alongside a long ester compound, you can start making your gains within a week or two rather than a month and a half to two months.

now, another thing to consider here is the fact that you've never pinned anything into those muscles of yours. so once you start, there's going to be a period for you to adapt to. discomfort like swelling, redness, and/or pain can and should be expected.

until these tissues adapt, you do not want to pin that same tissue until swelling etc has gone away. that means, virgin muscles need a lot more time between pins. how does that apply to you? a prop kicker would require pinning every other day at the latest, and you're muscles aren't ready for that sort of trauma. TRUST ME! so no prop kicker bro...

now you're probably saying to yourself:

since i shouldn't start pinning this much yet, i can just use an oral like dbol.

once again, you've never pinning anything or taken anything. so, you have no idea how you're going to handle/react to that test. side effects differ from person to person, as well as compound to compound. until you know how you respond to test alone, you should really avoid adding something else to the mix. because when something goes wrong or you deal with a side effect that you need to correct, you won't know what the cause is and you may wind up dropping the cycle all together. then you're gonna be an emotional basturd with acne everywhere because you let your hormones crash on you.

so, baby steps, homie. there's a reason we take folks thru a process. it's for your own good.

you can either work your way into the prop taper with rotating sites on the enanthate, or just scratch out the prop taper all together and give a 2 week gap between last week of enanthate and pct. up to you

You're gains diminish from testosterone levels plummeting after cycle. A kick start isn't going to guarantee shit for keeping gains in PCT.

Prior AAS history?

No prior AAS history. 1st cycle been natural for 4+ years of hard training/lifting.

What are your goals? Perhaps my best advice is to study AAS as well as AI's. don't forget about PCT's. A 12 week test E cycle sounds appropriate

Goals are hard to define when im not sure where this road will lead. What I can tell you is the best hour or 2 of my day is when I'm in the gym and there is nothing like making progress for something you have worked your ass off for. I wish I was this committed in my early 20's as I am now 32. Unfortunatly im not a hard gainer probably average at best and making progress is a slow progress. My goal would have to be to responsibly us AAS train/eat correctly and what I accomplish I accomplish. Everyone's genetics are different. Reaching my max potential is my goal.

I have read on ASS for a long time. Reading and doing are two seperate things. Now that im nearing my cycle im thinking and second guessing more than ever lmao.

PCT and AL's for sho!
