i am off cycle right now and i have been getting crazy cramps. i drink enough water and i have been trying to eat bananas for the potassium. i wanted to try a potassium supplement. but when i went to look for some i see that there are several types of potassium supplements. potassium citrate, potassium gluconate, potassium orotate and potassium aspartate. which one of these would be best for me to help prevent these annoying cramps?
also i heard that taurine is good for d-bol / anavar pumps. would taurine be good off cycle for cramps?
my cramps are not just in one place. i get them in my thighs, calves, stomach ect.
id appreciate some advise.

Pure tomato paste has a very high potassium content. Potassium is a vasodialtor and a muscular tone exciter. The dosage of those aforementioned potassium supplements are only 1 percent of your daily value anyway. Magnesium and Zinc will help to alleviate the cramps a little. Picamilion would help quite a bit as well or any GABAergic agent that calms muscle tone. About a quart of Chamomile will do wonders as well.
very interesting!! ive been taking magnezium and have gotten good results from that. thanks bud
No prob.
remember orange juice has potassium also.
orange juice is also loaded in sugar.
i heard that if you drink o.j. you should get the o.j. with the pulp.i think it supposed to help with the sugar. ill have to look it up again. i guess the fiber makes it closer to eating an orange.
Unless hes obese or diabetic this shouldn't be much of an issue.
I also listed multiple foods that are high in potassium, some that are not high in sugar.
i dont think i knew that, thanks
Many foods have high potassium. Mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes, fish, avocado, almonds etc
