Best Way To a Tender Chicken Breast :/ ???

hey guys usely have chickn or fish for dinner ...
But sick and tired of havnt dry chickn and just chewing and chewing... ive even tried slow cooking boiling diceing .. its really turnd me of chickn just wondering if use guys have any tips to a good low fat chickn breast full or diced that i can try

ive done an italian (SP) dressing marinade then bake in foil. flavor and moist
ive tried like 3 ways over the weekend gotta say guys!! all spot on lol
Here's a non-healthy trick, wrap a skinless, boneless breast in a slice o bacon, sear for 4-5 minutes per side, I usually peel the bacon off and discard, just use it for flavor, really keeps the chicken moist as well!
AnonIt doesnt make it tender, but marrinating in pesto then grilling it is awesome ! I posted a pesto recipe some time ago.
A marinade with yoghurt will help tenderize

Anonyeah yoghurt is what is in a tandori style marinade. And tandori chicken is always tender and packed with flavor. The yoghurt enzymes do something to the meat to act as a tenderizer.

I marinade and steam my chicken breasts, keeps a lot of the moisture in, and taste like fried chicken lol
