For my next cycle after i finish this current one off in 4 more week.
I've had 2 diff people look at this and one put it together in a better line up than i had it. So here it is.Im wondering if it would be ok to add in some TNE as I have some on hand,but only 10 bottles and haven't tried it yet as im running my first ever cycle and don't want to hit it with everything on earth. I want my body to adjust right and stay strong. Also which I dint state in the cycle is im currently taking liv52 and milk thistle. I also take a herblore supp for everything else in my body twice a day to try to keep lv's at avg or above. Food Diet is ok I think. I mainly only eat Chicken,Pork,steak,Fish, Protein shakes, rice,egg's every now and than, Peanut butter. Then berries,pineapple,strawberries for snack along with my BCAA's tabs. I only can manage to eat 3-4 times a day so I usually have a meal and a quarter to make up for the 6 meals. In all im still prob only taking in around 2500-3000 cal's a day it's a lean diet which I need to find out to re-tune my diet to gain mass faster ,but the lean aspect stay with it. My budget for food isn't huge that's why I stick to what I am atm. With paying for child support and still taking my kids 3-4 full days a week my budget is for my kids first,but I still try to keep a good physical aspect in my life. As I think down the line my girls will see that and hopefully go into sports. So if anyone with a good diet plan for someone that is my size and a lean 175-180 could help me with a set-up to readjust my meal plan as i've keep to the same one for around 2 years adding only a few things. Im just in a ditch and I don't know how to change up or get out of my oold routine as it's work so far,but i've hit a weight limit on it and mass isn't coming anymore and if so slower than a snail's pace.
As you can see in my picture im not huge or in the best shape. So any help to get of of this ditch is gladly thanked brothers. Just be real with me and that's all I can ask for and i'd love to become more part of this family here and help out others down the road once i gain more knowledge.
1-6 Tbol @ 50mg ED (this is your oral)
1-4 Test P @ 100mg EOD or how i do it Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday(total 400mg)
1-14 Test E or C @ 250mg A week a week split
This si my next cycle so I need to know if I need to add anything to my Ai besides liquid dex or if i needd to add anything to my PCT besides liquid clomi and tamox and I'll still take my Ai on PCT to and my liv 52 and milke thistle. So besides all that do I need anythign else m8?
1-12 1Test @ 500mg a week split
3-14 aromasin 6.25mg EOD--if your nipples get sore go to 12.5mg EOD--just dont want to start to high.

why are you using the prop at the beginning thats what the tbol is for dont run both
Thats just how my guy set it up for me. In the long run I don't have any reasoned to question how he sets things up as he's been in the game for a good time and from what ppl have told me and a lot of the SRC here tell me he's got his stuff down and he's been a great brother to me on here. Zewi set it up for me and Cdaddy even signed off on it to so two great ppl gave the ok. I just trust them ,but knowledge is learned from all not just a few that's why I still put it out there before I even think about running it I want to get it all dialed in brother. So any help on how to increase food intake or anything
Run tbol only as a kicker like jpal said but also run the test p as a taper! x)
cdaddy7I ran both brother as my kicker and loved it...more so than kicking with Dbol....remember the Test prop is to get ur levels up on the short side until ur long ester test kicks in....test prop as taper to PCT is an excellent idea for sure

Ok if your goal is to grow your diet has to be on point bro, im talking about 4000+ cals a day, steroids wont make you grow, FOOD WILL... your still young bro IMO you could of done this natty and not spend money on aas instead that could of all went on food.

You still need testosterone as a base if your considering 1test cyp.
Thank you for all your feedback and this Cycle was put together by your own Zewi and Cdaddy gave his thoughts. I thought it looked like a great cycle,but I guess it's still got some work to be a godo cycle for me and safer than. Man thought it was inline with the products. If any of you have anymore thoughts or a better way to arrange my cycle write it up please and thank you for me. Also this as i think i may have said if not sorry is my 2nd cycle.
