+ 2 new cycle !!
all right ladies and those of you gentleman that dare to enter the ladies lounge! Today marks the start of my new cycle. I am running 25mg prop stacked with 75mg of NPP. I look for some good strength gains and quite a bit of mass on this cycle. It is a short ester and fairly short cycle to wrap up the summer on. Training will get serious again as I more towards pushing the heavier weights again. I am shooting for two plates (225) for sets and reps this cycle. Diet will be a bit different as I am trying something new cutting back to two food meals a day with the rest of the meals coming from the vitamix.. I ll be getting real creative with the shake concoctions so we will get to see first hand if there really is a difference between meals and shakes. Should be posting some new pics after this one ..

WOW 200lbs on a good day and a goal of 225lbs, Shit that is more than I bench. With all of my injuries I use only machines. My current cycle is ONLY short esters, I am not going for bulk but instead quality.

Anonthank you .. I have a good base but really need to put on some better quality muscle.. I ve always waffled between body building and power lifting, just can't seem to stay away from trying to reach for the numbers.. I m very excited about the possibilities

TX is constantly trying to keep me in check because of my and using Winny this time. Last cycle he didn't care, but the first time I complained about my knees he starting riding me about low weight and high reps. I'm like, hey, I know, but that's not as fun!!!

I'm excited to see how it goes!!! I know you're ready after the little break you had working all the time! Back to work we go! I'm already seeing some awesome changes with the Winny and Test Prop. I'm loving it!!! Not only am I getting great pumps, I'm seeing changes in my body! Glad were on cycle at the same time. Wish we had more ladies ready to go so we could do our comp.
AnonI m glad you are liking the winny.. I hated it ..lol.. actually come to think of it what I had was probably only dosed high enough to give me the nasty sides without getting the benefits.. I gave it away ..lol.. yeah it would be nice if we could get something started we will have to plan and coordinate ours maybe late fall or early winter? what do you think?

Anonthis is purely a strength cycle for me. I will be using my diet to shed some more fat.. It has been going great this summer, even off cycle I have dropped fat and kept my strength up.. this is going to be a big cycle for me
You'll definitly add strength! Your diet mods I'm going to keep eye on for future ideas. I'm a butt when hungry so i eat small meals every two hours. Always open for added ideas to break the same old deal. Guys use ai to block estro.....so it there a route ladies take to avoid sides?
Anonadjust doses is about all we can do to try and alter sides.. I've run deca several times now so I'm very familiar with what to expect there but no idea with the prop so I ll be monitoring sides very closely ..
Cool! Friend is cutting with gel and var combo. Its been working well for her. Just curious as I've only done basic training with womens workouts or food help.
Anongel as in testim? I ve tried using testim but didn't really get enough from it to continue using it.. as for food..I pretty much eat what gothic eats.. ;-)
Believe that'd what brand. Was 2%...she had to up to 10%. Said she's finally feeling and seeing gains. Seems that prop would be much easier to stay steady vs a gel.
Yes....if you're in gym and cardio food is much easier! But when ladies ask i just refer them here. Much easier for them to get real advice from folks in theie shoes.
Anonbelieve me I know how to lose fat and quickly if need be.. and have done it for competition.. pre contest diets suck but work if you can follow them. I believe in moderation, learning what works for you as well as keeping in mind that we are real human beings not meant to be size 2's or 0's that shit isn't real anyway .
