Kinda surprised by these comments, some are shooting you straight and others aren't. Bro you shouldnt have hopped on gear/test. Point blank period.

To each their own man, I’m not gonna go into my lore on a public forum but my lifestyle changes pre and post gear are significant. For the better I’d say. But thanks for your time on the comment . Noted.

For sure I seen you said it helped you lock in. I'm not saying anything disrespectfully or as a neck shot at you broski but the truth about it is you should have locked in and would have made lifestyle changes maybe even more significant without running test. But keep grinding man

Diet, programming, and sleep/recovery need to be dialed in. Regular bloodwork needs to be done; before starting a cycle, every 4-8weeks blasting, and at the end. Gear is the last piece of the puzzle, but youve already crossed that bridge, so focus on getting all those other things in order before your next cycle.

Your acne could simply be E2 related, especially if its cystic painful acne. You need the bloods to know if youre a high aromatizer

Holy shiit I just read you've been on for 6 months time for TRT for at least 16 weeks or until blood work is good for a cycle

Solid work man. But yeah if youve been on for 6 months, it would be a good time to take a break or at least run a trt dose for a couple months. Have you done bloowork?

Thats awesome that your panel is looking good, but your hpta axis is being suppressed. Don't want to keep it suppressed for too long.

Admittedly Im one of the misinformed act before thinking guys who didn’t have a natural baseline and thought that I could hop on gear and be Jacked.
I know that is completely wrong now and that every bit of progress is earned.

.. Progress I have doubled my strength and actually lost about 10lbs.
Started with an 80lb bench.. now I can rep out 160.. couldn’t do 3 dips now I’m repping +45 weighted dips for 10. Bw 145.

Iv been on since january but not 500.. I started at 250.. and over like two months I went up to 400.. I started to get some gnarly acne sides on my back so dropped to trt dose for a month and got prescribed accutane .. after things cleared up I went to my highest 500 test currently .

You got on gear with an 80lb bench? Had you ever trained before? Or you started the gym and PED abuse simultaneously?

ThatBurnState's picture

Yeah. Test was 374ng/dl December 2025 I was 24 at the time.i admit i took the easy stupid fast route or whatever but I had no drive whatsoever . I wish I could change it but here I am .

That’s not that low. About what I was my whole natural life. Or at least once I started testing those parameters in my bloodwork. So about your age. Had no impact progress in the gym and athletics. Can’t undo what’s been done, so oh well. Good luck and make sure you keep your health markers in check (lipids, blood pressure, etc). If you can’t afford the ancillaries and routine bloodwork, then you don’t need the gear.

Cypher2377's picture

That’s the key to everything, if you can afford gear, you dam sure can afford blood work. Takes all the guess work out of it and at least gives u an idea of how your body is reacting and what’s needed to make corrections
