I’ll be working with a physio first two weeks, machines, then back to free weights. I’m going to run 8-weeks, then rest and honour a second promotion I put in for and was granted. Gods of charity were really good to me in 2026 and a special God watched me on that laddder. Like I said was working above 20 feet and just saw angle was bad so turned around. Would have been worse if swinging a hammer at full extension.

Still working steps too, so this will be another fully sober cycle, I’m really excited about this lot. Also, with shoulder unslung again, shall give that bonus Cialis a run. Been a bit though I did sneak a quickie the day I was cleared to lose the sling.
