One of the most advanced BB I see in any of the gyms in town was walking to his leased Mercedes smoking a cigarette. Don't get me wrong leasing vehicles isn't always a bad I am just jealous Mr. America drives an import and I drive a USA built.

Here is deal . . . I smoke cigars but I don't inhale so I am okay with it. What is a little oral cancer at my age. Half my teeth were bought at my dentist after years of drugs use and dozens of bar fights. I stopped bar fighting after I broke my hand and couldn't train or pound my woman up against the headboard correctly(she wasn't very happy then).

So here is the downside of smoking and training: Bench press and the ashes fall in my eyes, bent over rows and the smoke burns my eyes. It is worth it cause I think of Mr. America and how fucking cool he looked. 20 inch vein pooping arms holding that thug gangsta cig....WOW.

My point is this. We have enough BS to deal with all the pricks hiding behind computer screens talking about how our balls are BB size and gear shrinks the penis. Now some asshole(and Mr. America is a textbook example)that bullies for the cable machine, intimidates everyone but the OLD BASTARD in the gym walks out smoking making!! Everyone(us gearheads) look even less intelligent.

So what this prick proves is we can be unhealthy as hell and gear does it all. Just a shot in the ass, a good soft couch, some beer and cigaretts and we on the way to win a national title.
