+ 1 Dealing with disappointment

ad

And turning things into a positive light. Today my prep coach told me I was a little behind for 2 weeks out of my show. He wanted me to compete in a show 5 weeks from now. I've put my all into this prep, dieting, lots of anabolics, I went straight from my offseason cycle to a hard prep cycle. Cardio. Everything. However it was his idea for me to compete to catch a rebound as I was kinda stuck gaining weight. Well my body needs a break. 20 weeks of going from test deca npp dbol straight to prop tren at 700mg a week and mast and var and prepping for the last 10.5 weeks is too much for me and to think about running another 5 weeks on top of that I have to put myself first. For a show that doesn't matter anyway. Now don't get me wrong. I'm fucking hard as nails in person but a lot could be better. So I'm gonna proceed right into my cruise for about 8-10 weeks and then get into my offseason cycle which if you haven't seen is posted I believe in steroid cycles. However it was somewhat of a big letdown as I was lookin forward to competing. Now I just want a break and to be healthy for a bit, lower my doses and relax for a while (not too much relaxing ;) ).
PS Shrap you can compare your final photos to my past set ;) cuz I'm going to have some fucking pizza and enjoy eating for a few weeks before I go back to my offseason diet which u saw Smile

disappointment is part of the game bro. Just gotta be 100% the next time around. You gotta look after number 1 first.

I agree fully, for me a set back makes me even more damn determined i have started researching the competition to try to be a step ahead of the game.

Good to hear, sometimes its better to make your own desicions instead of someone planning for you, only you can feel when the time is right and be totally comfortable with your own final desicion especially when it comes to stage work thats a totally different ball game.

Its all a bit crappy whilst its happening and you feel stressed and bad with yourself but all this will make you a stronger more assured person in the future trust me i have had some bad times in the past you know when you feel like the walls are coming in and youre trapped, feels like it will never end but thank god it does Smile

Ahh hell Godlike we are both winners..... but we will have a look-see im sure. You are making right decision. I canceled a photo shoot i was planning to do at my local gym to participate and peek like 4-6 weeks early for this ebc, and much like you it just doesnt make sense financially or emotionally or career wise overall for me to continue to cut past ebc. Plans and priorities always change and its always best to do whats best for your long term goals, and not just blindly do what you originaly "planned"!
